Greetings fellow patriots! Houston we have a problem! A big one. I'm located in South Louisina 337. On February 28 a white SUV pulled up to the house with red DHS lettering with Texas plates. (Texas WTH i thought y'all were with us) I saw them pull in the drive an met them outside at their truck 2 agents late 40s-50s. They say Hi we are here doing a survey. One agent pulls out 3 volumes (looked like phone books almost sizewise) He ruffles through the pages in first then second volume. He finds my list (The 1 that they don't have). he says so we are doing a survey and we are going around visiting everyone and trying to verify if you own or still have these firearms. He proceeds to show me my list. Every gun i bought from a dealer is on this list. Every one from 22s to Mosin Nagants and everything in between. I was blown away and still am. Many bricks have been shat since then! I told them nah i don't have any of those dangerous baby killers gave them all away after Newtown. They left but sat parked down the road for a couple hours. Probably coordinating drone strike. I have ony told a couple of close friends i trust. I've been tryng to keep it together. The first person i told also had a visit exactly 2 weeks before me. He ordered a questionable part off the net an that's what the agents told him they were after. He lives 5 minutes down the road. I was freaked then but I didn't think anything of it you know he brought it on himself. Until i got a visit. All my stuff is legal and above board. No worries on that part. But then why did i recieve a visit? I don't know i've been gripped with fear since. Keeping watch on my porch, almost sleeping outside some nights. And then yesterday my wife's friends parents who are an hour north of us got a visit. Only the mom was home and she told them to hit the street. These people are farmers and have guns but mostly Fudd guns and relics passed down. The father was going somewhere on business this weekend and next week. He cancelled. Even the Fudds aren't safe from this. My only solace in all of this is the 3 massive volumes the jackboots had. I know i'm not the only one. I don't know what to do?! It took this long for me to tell somebody else. My wife and i are scared [crap]less!I'm not sure if they are testing the waters seeing who will comply. Or if it's something else entirely. Why down here? Why not in Commiefornia or one of these other liberal dreamlands? I thougt we were good we just voted to strengthen the 2nd in our state. i just keep saying in my head. WTF?

I had a large, beneficial garden-type spider named Lula a couple of years ago. I’ll see if I can find her photo.

If you don’t know kittehs, you would have no idea what that one is thinking. It’s fur covered face tells you nothing. If you know kittehs, a description of the scene would probably tell you.

Thank you very much! They cover the field dressing in the second recipe but not the capture. A friend told me that terrapins aren’t edible. Do you have any experience with those? There are recipes online so somebody must be able to process them properly.

Will research capture and c/w elderly neighbor (pond-owner) to be sure it’s OK with him (am certain it will be—last time we found a terrapin, he said we should have iced it.) Am really beginning to resent those turtles. Will also look up whether or not they benefit the pond (maybe they eat snake eggs or something—we have water moccasins and copperheads here). I don’t want to screw up the balance of nature disastrously.

No, he rather enjoys it?

I was quoting Darks. Just sort of indicating that we pay attention here.

Just had the car painted all one color. It looks great.

Of course the transmission promptly incinerated itself.

Just checked our wildlife resource and it appears that turtles are endangered in TN. Oh, well. Will have to confine myself to hollering at the turtles until they become as prolific as feral hogs. :(

The context was a question to Darks to the effect: "Does your father suffer from mental illness?" I tend to remember things that make me laugh out loud, so I quoted Darks' response. I hope am not in trouble now.

So sorry to hear about your tranny. If it has wheels or ovaries, it'll give you trouble. (Now I'm really going to be in trouble, or I can hope that, being so boring, no one reads my posts. There are benefits, you know. If I weren't so pathetically incompetent at operating locks [like, even with a key I can't open some of them], coulda been a cat burglar.)

Of course the transmission promptly incinerated itself.

Gotta watch out for the balance of nature.

Profoundly annoying, T-c! Great job! You may be the go-to person for annoying lessons.

I'm really giggling and not annoyed at all, but I put up a good front. Don't tell ArGee.

Yeah. I was happy with the car when it had a crease in the rear fender.

Dad wasn’t. He had it bumped out and painted for me.

My roommate promptly backed into a front fender.

Well, since then, My son skidded into a guardrail, we ended up with a green bumper, a red fender Of course the fender my roommate damaged was unscathed.

What the heck, replaced that one to, although it took months for one to show up at the junk yard, I even found one that was the same color as the rest of the car. Well almost, it was opalescent.

Mom gets it in her head to paint the front, ends up painting all of it.

Picked it up on Monday, transmission slips once on Tuesday and totally croaks on Wednesday.

I’m not allowing it to be painted again...

Have an agenda. Invite people who are associated with
the topics on the agenda. Achieve the agenda. Adjourn.

You are most welcome, my darling friend.

They used to carry it at the Walmart here, but they dropped it, and I bought it online until I found it at Giant Eagle.

Sometimes Giant Eagle runs out of popular shapes like rotini. I just get it from Netrition when that happens.

We had violin spiders outside our kitchen window when we lived in California. One day, our gorgeous spider ate up her web and scooted up over the house. I just happened to see her leave when I was outside feeding the heron food (goldfish).

The next morning at 4:31 a.m., the Northridge earthquake struck two miles from our house.

From then on, they spun their webs in the trees in the back yard, up above our heads.

We moved to northern California, and one day, I saw an enormous spider walking around in the office. We looked it up, and it was a wolf spider. We very carefully escorted it out the door. Sure was pretty, although I wouldn’t want to be bitten because it’s venom is very toxic.

I love spiders, but I’m not an idiot. And yes, I KNOW I was very lucky as a child that I was never bitten.
