Why is my computer repeating free Republic posts? Ever since Free Republic came bace form the last server failure, the stream of posts have reoccuring posts.

99.999% of sudden, unintended acceleration is due to the driver mashing on the gas pedal, rather than the brake.
Similarly, 99.999% of double-posts are directly traced back to a double-click of the mouse, rather than the preferred (and instructed) single-click.

That can certainly be discouraging. It was probably "A Moment Like This" from Kelly Clarkson. There is a song that used to annoy me and it was called "Home" by Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros. However, it has grown on me somewhat because it is somewhat of a happy, bouncy song, despite the weird banter about falling out of a window and bleeding all over the place.
If you have one of those "smartphones" that allow you to download apps, you should download the free app called "SoundHound". When you hear a song you like on the radio, you just point the phone at the car radio and it automatically tells you the artist and title of the song. I thought that was the most amazing thing when I first saw it several years ago. But now it's no big deal and I actually get pissed when it fails to recognize a particular song.

I am going to guess that you are using a laser mouse. Take the cover off and clean out the insides with a small brush, the type you would use to clean a camera. You most likely have dust inside the mouse.
