I don't trust Milton, I think his fear of the governor will over power any offer to betray him.
Keep in mind, he went to the gov. and told him of Andrea's plan to go visit the prison after he had promised Andrea to say nothing.
Another thing, Milton seems creepy too. He's a scientist and obsessed with studying the zombies and the Gov. is the only guy crazy enough to keep Milton supplied with zombies.......
Milton is with Andrea in the trailer for next week and he shows her the "dentist chair" and tools. I think he's setting Andrea up in order to find out from her what the prison folks intend to do then he's going to the Gov. with the information........but what do I know.
The beauty of this series is that with the exception of a couple of episodes, something happens every week that makes you say "Whoa, I didn't see that coming......"
And for what it's worth, you just know that down the road the Gov. is going to get knocked off but I suspect it's going to be another one of those "Whoa's..."
Where did you see that? Was it in last night's episode or the trailer that followed?
I don't have to ask myself any questions, I think I pretty much made my position clear.
If YOU don't like the series any more then don't waste your time watching it........that's pretty simple I think.
As for the rest of us, we enjoy it, even the slow episodes..........
For example, look at last week's episode. Since the first season, the last we knew was that Morgan was staying home and defending his family..........So whatever happened to Morgan? Several seasons later, now we know.
Will that be the last we ever see of Morgan? Who knows? He could very will figure into another one of those "WTF, I didn't see that coming" episodes..........
It is what it is bro and that's why the rest of us still love it.........
No offense but I think that question is better asked on a crossbow hunters forum rather than the Walking Dead..
Can I have one of you? I'm starting feel some affection towards you........
A lovely thought but buying several kind of defeats the purpose of not wanting to break the bank.
None taken.
You are correct as far as that goes but since it all started out with the mention of the new crossbow this is still a good place to be.
“He wants revenge for Michonne killing his zombie daughter that he still had insane hopes of curing.”
I had forgotten Michonne killed the daughter - so, he’s got two scores to settle with her.
I also think the governor is afraid of Merle because Merle kills first and doesn’t even think later - he just kills when he thinks it’s appropriate - or not.
Talking Dead has an online after-the-show segment, and I think that’s where we saw it. I’ve looked all over amctv.com and the Talking Dead site, and I can’t find the clip.
Andrea and Milton were standing in a gallery overlooking the dentist’s chair and instruments. She said “This is sick”, and told Milton she had to kill the governor; he said “You’ll never get near him”, and she responded, “I will if they don’t see me coming.”
I posted before I saw your post. Thank you!
lolz
What is it with this I can't-take-a-slow-episode, anyway? We're not 14; we don't need nonstop zombie kills or we get distracted. Character development takes some time, and that's the best thing about this show, IMO.
You’re welcome! :-)
That’s what we’ve been thinking, too. Serial killer that won the jackpot.
Here ya go. You can see why I have my prejudices.
For example, I already knew -- even if urbane, cosmopolitan viewers of comic book adaptations [sorry, graphic novel adaptations] did not, that Daryl (and his other brother Daryl, as well) would regard someone who smokes menthols as a d0uchebag, and that was a throw-away line.
Here is a a quick synopsis for those sophisticated people [of any age at all!] who know slow hogwash when they see it, and haven't yet crossed the event horizon of the Fanboi Zone. If you read my thirty second summary, you will be privy to all the "secret new stuff:"
There you have it folks. If you missed last Night's Snoozefest, intended only for the most sophisticated viewers of pulp television [rated 14 and up] you are now at full speed.
Next week: Glenn and Maggie sleep (actually sleep) together for a really long time. It only seems to waste 27 minutes; It's really just 25. No doubt sparking inspired commentary by Eliza Dushku, Kevin Smith, or some other cookie cutter libtard on The Talking Dead [speaking of d0uchebags...] Occasional fifteen second cut-aways to THE Daryl and Michonne -- looking ominous, natch! -- to keep things moving. Sadly, we learn that Maggie snores.
Let me offer an olive branch at this point: there actually was ONE surprise in last night's show. Glenn got into it with Merle. How this winds up with anything but Glenn as a large pin-cushion in less than fifteen seconds was indeed VERY SURPRISING TO ME.
You know you are talking to someone who has lost all rationality about a show[/book/film] when any cricticism is greeted with: "it would be better if you didn't watch it than criticize it."
It was a good show up until the break. It needs to get better. If the writers and staff just listen to fanbois, they're going to wind up with a few hundred thousand people watching instead of the eleven million they have now.
Oh, get the stick out of your rear end! I courtesy ping everyone I mention by name. There have been a couple of others who'ved shared your zombie-kill-a-minute desires (on earlier threads), so I was generalizing.
" I want you to tell me what character was broadened or deepended by last night's show?"
I don't give a damn what you want. If this show isn't your cup of tea, why are you still hyperventilating over it?
"For example, I already knew -- even if urbane, cosmopolitan viewers of comic book adaptations [sorry, graphic novel adaptations] did not"
"Here is a a quick synopsis for those sophisticated people [of any age at all!] who know slow hogwash when they see it, and haven't yet crossed the event horizon of the Fanboi Zone"
Oh, I think I see now. You don't think watching the Walking Dead is something you can do while continuing to nurse your impression of yourself as an enlightened, well-bred, genteel, refined specimen with superior intellect, is that it? Then go start a Downton Abbey thread, because your raving about a show you can't stand is beginning to make you sound like a mental patient. Sounds like you're really taking this "betrayal" by the WD personally.
My homosexual hairstylist told me once that "boi" is a term fags use. Funny how you keep using it.
So you are twelve. Sorry.
