For sure!! Every day.
((HUGS))back attcha.
Not sure where the problem is, but I have no scrollbars here on the forum and where I am now writing is just a solid blue space! Hope it’s not my computer but I get the scrollbars on other sites.
Try putting your prefences on 20..click on account to get there..I am not having trouble with scroll now..but did have inability to scroll to the bottom one day.
Thanks Meg. I can get around on the threads but there are no scrollbars. My sidebars are showing. It’s strange, lol.
Thanks for the up-date, Yorkie!
Hope our Jaycee is home now and resting in her own bed. It’s always better than the hospital!
Prayers continue for a full recovery!
My little “Popcorn” (I call her that, when she’s been ‘poppin’ all day long!) got into some trouble this evening!
She was VERY quiet - for about two minutes, so I went looking for her, (as calling her name brought no result!)
I saw her in the hall, (lights were off), and she was intently shaking something. I tried to intice her to ‘come’ with a treat - but no go!
Finally, she succumbed, and went to the front door with me for her ‘treat’!
I fed her the treat, and then took her to potty, and then put her in her crate.
I went looking all over, for what she was shaking so intently - but couldn’t find it. I headed down the dark hall, and saw something laying there, so picked it up, and took it to a room with light - and there in my hand was a LIZARD without legs or tail! OMG - I must have soaped and scrubbed and used a half bottle of sanitizer, after I dropped it in the waste basket!
EEEEK!!! Oh, Yorkie! How funny but how icky for you! LOL!
Bad puppy!

The difference between a compliment and flattery is often motive. A compliment offers genuine appreciation for a quality or action seen in another person. The goal of flattery is usually self-advancement through gaining the favor of someone else. Compliments seek to encourage; flattery attempts to manipulate.
In Psalm 12, David lamented his society in which godly, faithful people had disappeared and been replaced by those who speak deceitfully with flattering lips and a double heart (v.2). They had said, With our tongue we will prevail; our lips are our own; who is lord over us? (v.4).
The question Who owns my lips? is a good one to ask ourselves when were tempted to use insincere praise to get what we want. If my lips are my own, I can say what I please. But if the Lord owns my lips, then my speech will mirror His words, which the psalmist described as pure words, like silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times (v.6).
Perhaps a good way to show who owns our lips would be to begin each day with Davids prayer from another psalm: Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer (Ps. 19:14).

Hit and run this morning, not sleeping well with this staph infection which will not go away. Have to see a dermatologist this next week. House closing day fast coming up. Then on to moving, good thing it is only 22 miles, but it makes a world of difference in culture, taxes, insurance rates etc. All will drop in half once over into the next county.
Have a Blessed Lord’s day.
