Good morning, gennimen!
I’m still struggly with the PalmOne. The last diagnostic indicated that the Palm didn’t have a driver. I’ve downloaded drivers, but I’m a little confused as to “what” doesn’t have the driver needed: The Palm or the laptop.
I don’t know which way to go for now. Any suggestions? I couldn’t access the PalmOne website yesterday, and I dreamed about this thing most of the night. It’s vexacious, to say the least.
(My poor branez!)

Am wishing I could help, but am so computer illiterate, should I try to help, am afraid would do more harm than good. Trust me ... my help would be a disaster. Children, ages five and less, laugh at my computer skills. Honest!

The laptop would need the driver. A Driver is just a piece of translation software. It allows one system to talk to another. “For this input here, do this...” Kind of thing.
Palms webpage should have them. Or, if you are running Windows, try doing a software Update. It might find the missing Driver from the MS update servers.

I misread that as Genie Men.
Which brought to mind all kinds of odd.

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier, MF. See #3677 for explanation.
Also, what I know about palms mostly involves stern admonitions against leaving the water running in the bathroom sink and related likely hair growth.
