Yyyyeeahhh...but that particular one has very pronounced Persian facial features. Although the breed is considered Persian, facial features in Himalayans aren’t necessarily so markedly Persian, and the faces of many betray little of their Persian heritage; often evidencing far more of the Siamese side of the breed. Also, the chocolate points characteristic of Himalayans are very muted in this specimen, and the usual blue eyes are not in evidence at all.
Google “himalayan cat” and you’ll at least one other picture of this particular cat, as well as the full gamut of representatives of the Himalayan breed; with facial features varying from quite Persian to not at all Persian, but most all with much more color.
According to the source, that picture was of a Lilac point "peke"-type Himalayan. There are two types of Himalayan Cats, the Traditional or Doll Face and the Peke or Ultra-face with the more extreme 'squashed' faces. There are also more 'colorpoint' types than the chocolate point that you mention. This is listed as a seal point Himalayan..

If I were to choose a Himalayan it would not be the 'I look like a Persian' variety, but out here in the styx where I live, people don't generally toss out Himalayans... We don't get to choose the cat, we just get plain cats who 'adopt' us...
