Russian PM not joking – extraterrestrials live among us according to MIB documentary

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev’s off-air comments that Russian Presidents are given a secret file about extraterrestrials living among us created much media interest. Most news reports claimed that Medvedev was simply joking. His apparent reference to the Men In Black movie as a source of information on a super secret agency that monitors extraterrestrials on Earth was commonly cited as key evidence that he was in fact joking. The reasoning is that no political leader would refer reporters to a comedy to clarify national policy. It has now emerged that Medvedev was not referring to the Men in Black comedy after all, but to a recent Russian television documentary titled “Men in Black” that reveals many details about an extensive cover up of extraterrestrial life visiting Earth.

However, a more accurate translation of what Medvedev actually said about the Men in Black phenomenon was: “You can receive more detailed information having watched the documentary film of the same name.” So Medvedev was referring to a Russian “documentary film” titled Men in Black, not the Hollywood blockbuster by the same name...

Russian Men In Black (MIB) documentary, a number of prominent UFO cases in Russia and the USA are discussed. The Roswell UFO crash is covered, along with a number of extraterrestrial abduction cases, and UFOs disabling nuclear weapons facilities. The documentary examines testimony that extraterrestrial bases have been established on Earth, and that some are in restricted US military areas with the full knowledge of the Pentagon. The documentary even goes on to seriously discuss President Eisenhower’s alleged meeting with extraterrestrials, where agreements were reached with some of the visitors giving them permission to take some of the Earth’s resources in exchange for advanced technology...

Hi, y’all,
I had promised fanfan that I’d let y’all know when I planned to take a sleeping pill to get up early tomorrow, but Mr. Sg doesn’t want me to respond to some legal correspondence in my sleep. Ergo, I’m retiring early and plan to provide y’all w/a source of amusement at some future time.
Good night and sweet dreams!

And everyone missed my quip about the man eating fog.
*sigh*

Whenever we get thick fog here in NY, people vanish.
It’s almost a given.
Usually they get found hours later sitting in a wrecked vehicle whimpering about life.
Usually.

A freezing fog has the “Skin biting” quality to it that makes it much more miserable to deal with.

"How about something that uses a Casimir-like induction effect to “draw” air across the wings. Internal fusion generator would take up a lot less space than an ICE and fuel would pretty much be just water."

I'm hypothesizing Dragons that could have had their own natural path of development. This requires a series of pertinent mutations and capabilities that eventually overlap.

The first mutation causes alcohol to be selectively excreted as a defensive or emergency cooling method for "lizards" living in a desert climate.

The second development allows the creatures to spit this excretion. Then they develop the ability to ignite the expectorant. Like an octopus with its ink cloud, the flaming material distracts the predator, allowing the lizard/dragon to escape.

Flight is an almost secondary development, requiring a path from gliding, as some lizards do, to powered flight using a combination of fiery exudation and rapid noisy departure, like a grouse exploding from the underbrush.

Eventually, the dragons gain advantage through these modifications, and go from being the hunted to being a predatory hunter.

After many hundreds of thousands of years, they would become established at the top of the food chain, and have only each other as competitors. Some biological historians suggest that it is at this point a species begins developing the larger brain required to cope with social activities.

(However, I will take your suggestions under advisement for a time when "Dragons" may control their own development.)

Oh, I didn't miss it; I've eaten fog, before, and it's horribly bland. As my grandfather might have put it, "Ya may as well lie on yer back 'n' let the moon shine in yer mouth."

In the other sense, I think your comment would have had more traction if it included a pic of someone in a HazMat suit.

A noble effort, sir!

The animation appears to be wasteful of fuel.

Here’s how it would work: The lungflap opens and the firelung draws in air. Closing the lungflap and spraying fuel into the firelung, then igniting it causes an explosion as the gases expand, driving the wings downward in a power-stroke.

As the wings are raised again, the fire-lung squeezes out the exhaust gases and takes in fresh air to start the process over. It’s a two-stroke operation, with no need for oil to be added.

The dragons produce alcohol as a natural biological product from the vegetation they consume.

A very Londoncentered map that ,Joe.

Northhamptonshire (”Northants”) is where Melrose Plant is from, in that mystery series that it’s too early to remember the name of. He’s not the detective, just the sidekick, but he’s more likeable than ol’ whatsisface.

It sounds rather bucolic, like Missouri. Missouri also has sheep. Do the Welsh sell their sheep for hallal slaughter? My great-uncle Virgil in Missouri was making large profits shipping truckloads of sheep up to the Detroit area for Moslem consumption.
