Hi Jaycee!
A Very Sunny, Happy Monday to You, Too!
|
Glad you have sunshine! Cloudy and 71 degrees here..This warm weather is predicted to bring severe Tstorms tomorrow to points east...
The sun MAY shine this afternoon..Here’s hoping.
;o)
Hi M.L.! Its a pretty day here, sun is bright and its already 50 degrees. I know this means nothing to you in Florida, but with the mean weather we’ve had, its heaven to me! I am getting dressed to go out a while today while its pretty!
Have a wonderful day! ((((HUGS))))
Hi Meg, Very cute graphic! Getting ready to get outta here on this beautiful day!! I’ve been pinned in by the cold weather so thought I might do a few things. I may run to Walmart to take something back and look around a bit. I hate to but I ride one of their carts now as I can’t walk that big store. I don’t like it but a person has to do what they have to do!
Have a nice day! (((HUGS)))
I DO remember the beloved “January Thaw”!
May you have lovely bright sunny warm days always!
King James Version (KJV)
144.
“Blessed be the Lord my strength which teaches my hands to war, and my fingers to fight:
2 My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust; who subdues my people under me.
3 Lord, what is man, that thou takest knowledge of him! or the son of man, that thou makest account of him!
4 Man is like to vanity: his days are as a shadow that passes away.
5 Bow thy heavens, O Lord, and come down: touch the mountains, and they shall smoke.
6 Cast forth lightning, and scatter them: shoot out thine arrows, and destroy them.
7 Send thine hand from above; rid me, and deliver me out of great waters, from the hand of strange children;
8 Whose mouth speaks vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood.
9 I will sing a new song unto thee, O God: upon a psaltery and an instrument of ten strings will I sing praises unto thee.
10 It is he that gives salvation unto kings: who delivered David his servant from the hurtful sword.
11 Rid me, and deliver me from the hand of strange children, whose mouth speaks vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood:
12 That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; that our daughters may be as corner stones, polished after the similitude of a palace:
13 That our garners may be full, affording all manner of store: that our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our streets:
14 That our oxen may be strong to labor; that there be no breaking in, nor going out; that there be no complaining in our streets.
15 Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the Lord.”

There is a local Christian television station here ("God's Learning Channel")in West Texas; one of the teachers is teaching Hebrew roots, she says she reads Psalms 145 every morning and also often the rest of the Psalms to 150, as they are all PRAISE Psalms to God, and are very excellent to read daily. Thank you for peaking my interest today.
What we focus on grows ... for good or for ill. Notice our thoughts and see if they are positive or negative. and are they depressive or encouraging. It matters.
There is much happening on the political scene in America via our President and the liberal progressive militant activists.
God we pray asking for HELP in America, we seek restoration of our Christian values and the binding and removal of the evil leaders of today intending to destroy America. May we turn to thee in faith and repent of our careless, passive works and turn from our sinful ways and heal our land in Jesus name, amen.
Thank thee LORD for thy mercies. Amen
JC, I just love your “Good Morning Mr. Sun” graphic, and the words you posted!
Happy Monday to you, too!
She was quite a special lady. You two were very lucky in your unique relationship. Very few are as fortunate to have such a friendship!
