post your predictions for 2013. Here are the results for 2012
Bibi and the Likud will not gain seats. The Jewish Home Party is picking up support to the right of Likud-Yisrael Beitenu. Between the latest Gaza fiasco and Bennett calling Netanyahu on his desire to expell Jews from parts of Judea and Samaria using the IDF, the Likud is in trouble. The left is no less discredited.
I don’t think secession will come up. Recent articles have shown how revolution in this country has always started with attempts at gun confiscation. I think Zero & his cohorts know that we on the right are at ‘hair-trigger’ (forgive the pun) if they try anything. Which is why I doubt any new gun legislation will get through.
Mitt Romney will begin his 2016 presidential campaign.
My Predictions for 2013:
Lindsay Lohan will get married in Las Vegas to a non-celebrity.
Dr. Phil and his wife Robin will announce their separation after 35+ years of marriage.
Kim Kardashian will be dating a man from Qatar or Dubai (whichever comes first) and will announce that she’ll be moving to the Middle East. (Perhaps prompting a new E! Channel reality show titled “Kim and Kourtney Take Oman”?)
Helen Mirren will win the Best Actress Oscar for her portrayal of Alma Reville in “Hitchcock”.
An 7.0+ Earthquake and Tsunami will hit the Northern Caribbean at or around April or May of 2013.
What I predicted on Dec. 12, 2011:
“Kate Middleton will give birth to a baby girl towards the end of the year.”
Almost there!
“Cubs will NOT win the World Series in 2013.”
That is the first legitimate prediction offered!
1. NCAA- Notre Dame 24 Alabama 14, SB- Denver 34 Atlanta 31, MLB- LAA beats STL 4 games to 3.
2. EOY Dow- 9100, NASDAQ- 2200. Significant recession not "cliff" driven, but "deficit" driven. Bernake basically fired early in '13. 2 maybe 3 EU govenment defaults during the year.
3. Persistent increased unemployment and recession drops Obama's approval rating to mid 30's by fall. Despondant POTUS lashes at press and Congress in a pitiful display.
4. Late 2013 Persian Gulf crisis results in an embarrassing loss of air craft by Iran. Israel continues success in sabotaging nuclear efforts.
5. Anti gun sentiment subsides by end of 1Q 2013, though some token legislation is enacted.
6. Boehner will be removed as Speaker, as Paul Ryan is reluctantly drafted into role.
7. Unexpected meteor in 10- 30m range will graze or hit the earth causing some local destruction.
8. Major archelogical find will take place in middle east, rewriting history 0 - 1000 bc.
9. Oversatuaration of reality programming finally hits in 2013, and ratings plummet. CG's continue to improve which generates interest in programming which includes stars of the past by 2014.
10. Sun retreats into another low sunspot phase. Global cooling will follow.
