Northeast FReepers who were affected by Sandy, please check in here when/if you have power to let us know your status. Tell us what, if anything, you need so we can organize help or get help to you. If you can, share your story with us. Tell us how you weathered the storm, what the condition is of your house or property, loved ones, pets, neighbors, etc.
You're in our thoughts and prayers. If we can help in any way, let us know!
I really didn’t know.Stay in touch by email.(((((Hugs))))
We also have a facebook prayer group for our ministry, some freepers belong.

I’m just generally abusive.
Glenn Becks Mercury one disaster relief fund. Sounds like hes paying excess costs out of his pocket so every penny donated goes to actual relief..

Because the Wisconsin ping list encompasses more than Wisconsin and because I have been asked, this is a rare ping to anyone who happens to be in the storm tossed part of the country to please check in.
We lucked out here in Luzerne County PA. No power outage at my house or place of employment. For the first time in my adult life I am happy I moved to PA!
Report in if you are in the the effected area of Sandy
Nope—we’re fine down here in TX—thank the good Lord...
Same County...same report.
5 hours 15 minutes without power Monday but that was a minor nuisance after 54 hours last year from Irene and 51 hours from the "halloween snow".
Irene (along with Lee two weeks later) knocked down half a dozen good sized trees. This time only a little locust sapling.
☺
Usually it is us with the Hurricanes and Tornadoes LoL
I am just using my pinglists per Slings and Arrows request.
“Will yall abuse your ping lists for this thread please?”
Okay, you heard the man, Northeast Freepers of the Undead Thread check in if you haven’t already.
All good Laz!
Thanks, y’all, for abusing your ping lists for this thread. In my last update, we had accounted for 65 NE FReepers. Your help in checking on them is very much appreciated.
Tex
How ya holdin’ up? I am particularly worried about you.
Northeast Freepeers!!!
Let us hear from you.
Anytime.
Everyone I know in NE Ohio is safe and sound.
Maryland seems OK
PA OK
The Coastal citys got whacked.
Hi sweetie! We were at the edge of the storm, so there was a lot of fuss and wind and rain, but The Fortress withstood it all.
The amazing thing was that for once, the power didn’t go out. They must have bullet-proofed the dang distribution system after the last time it failed.
Hubby is fixin’ to call the contractors for estimates on that work you and I talked about, so your referral should expect a call next week, finally!
Thanks again for that, my friend.
Has anyone heard from GeeBee?? Prayers she is okay. I too am worried about our east coast friends.
