Your prayers are humbly requested for one of our long-time FReepers, Salamander and her new puppy Halla.
Halla is six weeks old and by rights should still be with her mother. Salamander had to take her and rescue her from an incompetent breeder who had let her get worms along with some serious other problems.
The pup was not eating, shaking and may have some neurological damage. The vets have confirmed a cranial injury, but do not yet know how severe.
A moment out of your busy day (or night) to offer up a word to The Lord for both Sal and Halla would be appreciated. Thanks so very much!
Yep, I am that...stress brings it out in me.
Oy
Me too.
I’m liable to be even loonier than usual for a while.
You were warned.
;]
Thank you so much.
Hey...at least it’s not a flippin’ snake this time.
;D
Duly noted!
Tonite it’s looney time for me. Tomorrow? Whooooooo boy.
Monday I get to be poorer still.
She has to have a follow-up CBC to see if her values have improved.
[and they’re real cheap tests...not]
She better turn out to be a multilingual talking dog who can juggle tennis balls while roller skating, after all this.
She will be all that and more....I know these things!
How in the world could anyone abuse such a precious little creature!
Hope all turns out well!

In her case, it was gross negligence and abundant stupidity.
She has a runt sister and two brothers.
Might wanna toss an extra prayer in for them.
God only knows how they’re doing.
Thank you...:)
I hate to bug out on y’all but if don’t catch a nap before her next squalling request for food, I’m probably gonna start hallucinating from sleep deprivation.
To all you human baby moms out there...how did you manage?!
;D
Go for it.
Oh my gosh! I replied to you on another thread..and just saw this...poor little sweetie!
We went back and forth a couple of weeks ago about how nervous you were waiting to pick her up. Glad she is in “good hands” now.
Prayers for your puppy.
Get some silver biotics into the dog, now. (not and I repeat not collodial silver) American Lab You can find it on Amazon.com as well as some other sites (I compare shop). Get the gel too. Type in Dr. Pedersen for research info.
It worked miracles on our pets. . . .not to mention my parents, sister, her friends, our health care providers, etc.
Good to have on hand and take daily. Can’t say enough about it. I can’t find the video that was on the internet with a vet talking about it. They give it to horses, etc. and their very own pet dog.

Your new baby is adorable!
Praying that your puppy recovers from its early trauma to live a long and healthy life.
