I slept late.
I think it was because of shenanigans. Not mine, though.
I never do shenanigans.

Church is on my agenda this morning, but I have to arrange a ride. And I have to force myself into feeling up to it. I’m tired. My sleep patterns have been really messed up since I ran out of melatonin. I will get more tomorrow, and sleep well tomorrow night. I’ll be getting a haircut Tuesday AM, and that will help me look more like a real person. HAHA!
I also have to arrange for a sitter for The Stig. One of the women who helped in the move said she would do it, but she is out of town until Friday.
Ohjoy.

You’re too busy writing about shenanigans to be doing any of them. LOL!

If a person REALLY needs to edit something s/he is writing, all s/he has to do is post it here, and there will be so many editors, volunteering their services that no error would DARE stay in print! LOL! Haven't found that to be true. Can't find English usage (s pronounced as z) books from college but thought I had punctuation down pat. Came here and not so. (Remember T-c's misplaced modifier story from her manual editing days? And Bob's suggestion that a well-placed modifier could cause even more damage than a misplaced one?) Did web searches and found many opposing views. I therefore abdicated from the whole mess. Let the punctuation fall where it may/might! Sing as though no one's listening! Tippecanoe and Tyler too! A penny saved is a penny earned!

I can tell you from personal experience that I have been corrected on open forum for the way I wrote something. The Undeaders are great people, and care enough to help people out, no matter what they want or need.

Didn’t mean it in the pejorative sense. First of all, I make altogether too many errors—you could make a career out of correcting me? It would be like a second job for the UTers, and I can’t afford to pay them, slavery was outlawed (wasn’t it?), yada yada. Anyway, it’s nice to be accepted despite one’s ignorance so let’s have at it! Let the chips fall where they may/might! Too many cooks spoil the broth! A stitch in time saves nine!

Did you ever read “Cry Wolf?” A scatological study was in progress to see what the wolves’ winter diets were. He had the wolf scats soaking in a pot of water to make inspecting the contents easier. He invited the indigenous people to dinner in his igloo. They took one look at the pot and took off.
