Very good season finale of Falling Skies.. However, if the planet is ruins and you are in the last areas of civilization that is still going on your girlfriend/wife is pregnant, I would stay. Also should there be someone watching the kid after the alien influenced ex girlfriend may have done something to the kid. Also before destroying the weapon, I would ask why they are building a weapon pointed in the skies when there is no Air Force. Also I think Earth has become a Intergalactic Poland. Basically a buffer planet between warring factions. Also I think the new race is the Enemy of my Enemy....

Could be. I’m anxious to see who the new alines are. I’m sure that’s what they want us to do. I just wish they weren’t going to make us wait 8 months.

I’m glad they killed the overlord, and they blew up the weapon, but should they be asking Ben why they are building it???

Regrettably, this bunch of leftovers on Falling Skies have about as much combined sense as the bunch who crashed on LOST.
They should have interrogated Red Eye when they had him captured. They didn’t.
They should have interrogated Fishhead when they had him captured. They didn’t.
I just hope that if I ever end up in post-apocalypto my companions have better sense or better tv script writers. ;)

BBCA is running several background programs regarding the Doctor Who series: Destinations, Companions, etc. They are nice reviews of the series.
I didn’t watch the originals, as some areas where I lived didn’t have PBS at the time.
I heard about Torchwood and watched it (via torrents) because it was similar to a SciFi channel series called Special Unit 2, which was an enjoyable series. Torchwood referred enough to the Doctor Who series that I started watching the earliest new Doctor Who with Christopher Eccleston, then the Tennant seasons.
Also, the Saturday morning Sarah Jane Adventures were fun to watch. I didn’t realize at the time that she was one of the companions in the original Doctor Who series.

Regrettably, this bunch of leftovers on Falling Skies have about as much combined sense as the bunch who crashed on LOST. With all of its shortcomings, at least they have not fallen into the lezbo/ Gay sex thing. I was really worried that Warehouse 13 was going to do that with Steve.
BTW when did Mrs. Frederic tell Claudia about her "destiny", I must have missed that one.

They should have ... I just hope that if I ever end up in post-apocalypto my companions have better sense or better tv script writers. ;)Rule one of survival post-apocalyto: shoot the first liberal whacko who says, "...but we're better than that; THAT'S what makes us Human," followed by the immediate hanging of the script writer, as an example to the rest.

That reminds me of Crusher to Picard when the crew developed a virus or something to kill all Borg.
“Whaaa, We are better than that....blah, blah, blah”
So Picard allows the Borg to go on their merry way assimilating billions more....
I could not stand that Moonbat Crusher.
She’s a pretty lousy actress to boot....

Actually, I believe that Picard ended up destroying the "Collective" because of the one Borg that had developed an individual sense of self. When he "joined" the rest of the Borg Collective, they got that individual sense of self from him and it wasn't pretty what happened next.
So, yeah, whenever a female shows up in the Star Trek world, you end up with a lot of nonsense; but, in this case, it did not end up well for the Borg.

I had the same issue when the Doctor in Genesis of the Daleks fretted over genocide when he had the chance to stop the Daleks once and for all.

Excellent! I thought that was a tough one since it’s a relatively little known, albeit pretty scary movie. Colossus The Forbin Project was about a supercomputer that takes over the world and is one of the top sci-fi movies of the 70s- even though it’s a made for TV movie. You can watch it on Youtube.

The Doctor Who season premier was interesting. Jenna-Louise Coleman is very cute. I look forward to seeing her as the Doctor's new companion.
IMDB has her starting as "Clara" in the Christmas special and continuing into the remainder of Season 7.
How they are going to resolve the resemblance between "Clara" of episode 7.6 with Oswin of episode 7.1 remains to be seen.
