No, I’m 67, but expect to easily make 96 or more.
Sounds like you’re doing just fine. Just don’t follow in your hubby’s tracks!

A 6 footer at 160 is still quite slim! (but she sounds like a keeper anyway)

It seems that the best prepping would involve gaining as much weight as practical....fat is easy to store energy that no one can steal from you.

For most women food is more important than sex. Sex with heavy women is not really that fun, there is a limit. A little overweight is one thing but rolling off a whale post coitus and wondering when you are going to hit the floor is not good.

This explains quite a few marriages. The wives are just trying to get their husbands more interested.

published Wednesday in the journal PLoS ONE
seems like a plus size (for those in rio linda, a FAT person publication) spin to give excuses to fat women for not being healthy.

LOL, Chicken soup!
Don't you think people would be looking for protein (muscle) as opposed to fat?
I suppose if they put a skinny person, and a fat person, in a pot with a rock, a bit of Purslane, maybe some plantain leaves, and some road salt, the resulting soup would taste better than nothing.
You go first. ;-)
