Kind of a sad story out of Jackson Michigan. His kids lived blocks away and hadn't talked to him in some 18 months.

She has not been arrested but is being investigated for financial fraud. Chase admits cashing Ziglers benefit checks after his death.
Well allrighty then - at least there was a method to her madness.
