Do you mean that the Quix opus at the beginning of the thread in which he lambastes Jim Robinson saddens you greatly? Or not?
Thanks for the reply.
Yes, “Liberty Post” was the one I was trying to remember. I think it was MadIvan and Howlin who spun that site off about 5 years ago.
Yeah, it doesn’t make sense that he would be a Romney supporter. I think some people are just “guessing” that’s what it is and they don’t really know. They’re probably guessing that, because other Romney supporters are at that other site. I don’t think it has anything to do with Romney.
The rambling, nearly-incoherent diatribe sent to Jim by Quix makes me think that Quix is in serious need of a friend. ..To encourage him/her to get back on the meds. That thing reads like a dull-minded version of Nietzsche in the end stages of syphilis. Whew.
Thank you Jim...
Happy 4th of July ...
:)
That "untenable situation" may be waiting for anyone, no matter what their vote is. Or if they vote.
What a comment!
Romney’s Mormonism has been an issue to some. That could be it.
Has it ever occurred to you, as you criticize this
site while here on the owner’s thread, that what
you label an echo chamber and braindead is folks who
know and are confident in their conservative political
and social beliefs and consistently project and defend
them?
What issues do you find missing that are in sync
with the documented mission statement of this site?

I am barely on the surface of this monumental thread, but a thought occured to me.
You may have a best-seller on your hands if you compiled a collection of the very best collection of the opuses, from the best known conservative site on the internet.
There is something unsettling and reflective about certain separations, like the puzzling mentality which can't simply leave, but attempts to set the old homestead on fire on the way out.
I've never seen the 'multi-colors' poster - don't know how I missed that one..
I agree.

Happy Independence Day, Tennessee Nana!!
LOL ... no, Quix was not a Raëlian. I happen to know a little bit about those guys just from the cult angle ... and Quix wasn’t into that.
There are those who are into UFOs from the standpoint of supporting that idea. And then there are those who are involved with the UFO angle from the standpoint of being in opposition to them. Quix was the latter, and also from the Christian standpoint, which Raëlians are not.
Here’s something about the Raëlians ...

Well how pompous of you!! it just proves you think it's ALL about you and what you think Anyone who wants to know my opinions can search.. LOL!!! Get over yourself!
what I consider to be honest and worthwhile ... in support of conservatism.
Sounds like something mitt would say - not what is honest but what THE LIAR considers to be honest...like he's a conservative!! And worthwhile to mitt alone! LIE about conservatives that get in his evil liberal way to deceive others - that was worthwhile his four years of trashing and MILLIONS spent on attack ads about PATRIOTS with PROVEN PRO AMERICAN accomplishments and mitt has NONE but anti-American anti God accomplishments.
Me too, I’ve always appreciated Quix. He’s prayed for me when I asked for help, and I’ve prayed for him.
He got too emotional, and too vituperative, but he was attacked something fierce on some of the Catholic threads.
That being said, I miss him and wish him the best.
Ed
Yes, he did send out prayer requests for many different people!
presently no screen name , given Christians are known for their love, I have to ask, are you a Christian?
