"Eating tomatoes is forbidden because they are Christian

I thought I read that Jesus was revered as a prophet but not a God among muslims?

I love tomatoes,
Unfortunately, I am allergic to them.
I can’t think of a food that would be worse to be allergic to.
(no pizza, no spaghetti, and the worst, no ketchup).

We see Jesus in burnt toast, trees, peanut butter sandwiches,...so I guess they can find the cross of Jesus in a tomato.

Fascinating superstition.

It would be an interesting study to find out if this mandate leads to higher rates of prostate cancer in their population.

If Americans ever get to the Moon again we should have a collection started to pay one of them to take the moon buggy and use it to etch out a cross that can be seen from Earth by telescope.

What a nice fork in the eye of the false moon god.

Aren’t certain fruits also forbidden by these cretans because they are too “sexual”? Women cannot touch bananas and melons are also offensive, as I recall.

This is the most bizarre cult in the history of humanity, and that’s saying a lot.

Ah, a new slander against those poison ‘love apples’ that are so important in spaghetti sauce, ketchup, and garnishing sandwiches.

I must be more ignorant than a Muslim as I’ve lived my entire life and never once noticed the cross in a halved tomato.

If that gets them in a tizzy, will they be afraid of spontaneously combusting when coming in contact wtih a drop of holy water?

Maybe Salafists are vampires if that is how they react when seeing anything remotely resembling a Cross.

Psssttt...while y’all are at it, ‘air’ is Christian too.

“After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.”

1 Thessalonians 4:17

Maybe it's not a superstition:

Romans 1:18

18 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
