Sounds like he was chased by so many demons that he simply couldn’t escape. Some remain free;some are recaptured. Sad and tragic. RIP Rodney King.

Seriously, though...
Eternal rest grant unto him, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.

If Rodney King had done what the police told him to do 53 people would not have died in the riots.

This is all MSNBC is talking about. One even suggested how we should be in mourning. Incredibly pathetic.

so, how are they going to blame this on Bush We can lay this at the feet of the ghetto culture. Rodney king is an icon for the results of the idea that it is acceptable to abuse drugs and alcohol and be irresponsible. He appeared like a gentle man who was over-matched by his demons. Well he is over them for good. May his soul rest in peace.

CNN got it right: Rialto.
But my question is Whose Pool? Was it private or public? Was he at a party there, before this happened.
The details are very sketchy. Seems like the press is holding something back.

On April 12, 2012, King released a statement to the media regarding the Trayvon Martin shooting. King said he was "grieving for Trayvon Martin" and stated how the scream on the audio of George Zimmerman's 911 call reminded him of his own screaming during his beating by the LAPD.Except that Zimmerman was the one getting the beating and doing the screaming. So then what is this really reminding him of???

Likely Clint Eastwood’s, “The Dead Pool”.

So, where was George Zimmerman when this happened?
Where was George Bush when this happened.
When Obama talks about this to the media, will he make reference to how Rodney King would be like his son, if he had one?
