I'm a huge fan of the NHL and I'm curious if anyone else is.

I’m a fan of any team that beats Philadelphia. My Red Wings failed in the first round and my Capitals are fighting for their lives in round 2.

I definitely favor the Devils over Philly - also the Rangers over Philly. Philly is the worst place for a hockey team.

Between the Rangers and the Devils I have to go with the Rangers. It should be a great matchup! GO RANGERS!!!

I have a Sabres jersey! I’m glad they went back to their original logo and colors;the red and black were awful.

Marcel Dionne ... now THAT was a hockey player. I miss Charlie Simmer and the very, very put upon Rogie Vachon, whose numbers would never be what they might have been due to the Kings’ Swiss Cheese defense.

Hockey is an audience participation sport. Our local college team has the “he shoots he scores hey goalie you suck” tradition. It’s fun. They can hear you. Some opposing goaltenders that have dealt with it before play along, I’ve seen guys “conduct” it, one the Hulk Hogan ear thing. If you don’t want anybody yelling mean things during the game watch golf. Hockey is a blue collar sport for blue collar people that like beer and yelling.
