One I misuse: irregardless.
A irregular word used when the correct word would be either “regardless” or “irrespective”.
For another fun inquiry ask ten people how to spell the building used to store aircraft.

It’s, ‘hoard,’ not ‘horde’ for preppers! But if you want to start a horde modeled after Genghis Cohen and his buds, please do so.

Plural words with ist suffixes. For example: “Terrorists have attacked.” Not “terrorist have attacked.”

For another fun inquiry ask ten people how to spell the building used to store aircraft.I get that one right but then I'm never sure how to spell the thing you use to hang up your clothes. I think it's because my ex-wife's closet was so big it really was a clothes hangar.

Could of/would of instead of could have/would have. Bless you! Along with "loose" for "lose", those two botches are near the top of my list. That said, I can overlook "it's" and "its", which I consider more of a typo than an intentional misuse of the language.
Okay, question, please. For days FR has been timing out like crazy for me. It took me seven tries to get my posts and four tries to get to this thread. Anyone else?
I've had no problems whatsoever and have posted rather frequently over the past 7-10 days. Of course, I use Linux and run my own DNS server. Both of those make me pretty much impervious to network-related problems modulo those on the remote server or at points in between.
