Newt should go nuclear and demand an investigation into Obama's elligibility. The republican elite would wet their pants.

I believe Newt is a patriot. Whether he gets the nomination or not, I hope and pray that he will be the attack dog against Obama. His ability to file a LAWSUIT would depend on being the R candidate, I think. But at this point I don’t even want a lawsuit because the judiciary is fatally corrupted. At this point our best shot is a criminal trial, for which there would be a jury.

So calls by Newt for an independent prosecutor to conduct a criminal investigation would be a FANTASTIC thing.

Get Newt and Donald Trump both demanding this and things could heat up quickly.

At this point he has nothing else to lose. I doubt he will do it though. He still likes to socialize with those people.
