Sorry about the Double Post of my thoughts. :-)
First off, I am a conservative and have spent countless hours listening to and reading the books of all these men. Reading Levin's Liberty and Tyranny was compelling, as were many of the publications of these Patriots.
With the VAST amount of Constitutional research accumulated in order to write these best sellers, there is and has always has been one important fact known to ALL these men to be a Constitutional FACT missing. That non negotiable FACT is that according to the Constitution, Barack Hussein Obama is NOT eligible to be placed on the ballot, let alone occupy his present position as President of the United States of America! Obama himself touts the fact that his father was a British Subject at the time of his “BHO 2’s” birth, making him at the very least a duel citizen and not eligible to hold the office as president. Furthermore, Daddy was NEVER a citizen of the United States, again making Jr. ineligible with that fact alone.
None of these men (as far as I know) served in the military for whatever reason and I think there may be some suppressed guilt because of that when I hear their accolades regarding current and former Men of Honor. As they refer to many of their callers and guests as “Brother”, they at the same time have never felt compelled to commit the heroic act of jumping on a Firecracker, let alone a Grenade to help save their “Brothers” and in the end help save this Nation.
Levin is the one that has disappointed me the most when I heard him disenfranchise many of his loyal listeners on Jan 19th, 2010 (may have been the 20th) by referring to those that even questioned the eligibility issue as (paraphrasing) ignorant and foolish. He followed that comment by saying that Obama was of course eligible to be President. He, in my opinion is an expert on the Constitution and knows full well that his statement was an out and out lie.
When the truth finally reveals itself, I can almost hear the excuses from these Less than Honorable radio and TV Patriots now –
Sticks and Stones will break my Bones and even Words would really hurt me because I AM A COWARD! By the way, there are thousands of these Cowards walking the halls of Congress and other places that have at least to this point failed to MAN UP. All this makes me admire all the more the few that in their heart really do trust God Almighty and FEAR NO EVIL.
Add Ann Coulter to the list.
If they dislike Obama and what he is doing to our country, I do not understand why they will not discuss and force a decision on eligibility.
They are not fighting for what is correct.

What puzzles me is for all the research and evidence, these conservative icons so lightly dismiss the elegibility issue. Since 2008 I have never seen a point-by-point factual repudiation of the core “birther” arguements. The absence of intellectual curiosity is astounding.

For whatever their reasons, what remains curious is that not one will address the issue directly. Levin mentions Marco Rubio whenever the need arises. The phrase attributed to several wise men is “Follow the money.” The money that put Obama where he is came from crooks, whether Goldman Sachs or the SEIU. But Levin appears to be playing by Alynsky rules, using ridicule and ad homonym attacks, but never addressing why Chief Justice Waite and Chief Justice Marshall and 14th Amendment Congressman, Judge Bingham, or Chief Justice Hughes don't understand the definition they all cited.
Of course all of our Senators signed SR511 in April 2008, all acknowledging that a natural born citizen is born to two citizen parents (though the testimony showed some sophistry by never citing Supreme Court cases and by citing the 1790 Nationality Act without noting that it was entirely replaced with no mention of natural born citizenship.
It is hard to call what is going on anything other than a coup. With the media, including Alwaleed’s Fox News and Wall Street Journal, most citizens imagine that there remain some "fair and balanced" checks and balances. The only remaining check is the people's House, and the first bunch elected in 2010 to replace some of the progressives have proved, about half of them, to have clay feet. Both parties are cooperating to avoid demonstrating any more clearly that we are no longer a nation of laws, even with Czars and an executive who simply ignores subpoenas. Our federal judges simply say whatever they please, ignoring evidenciary rules and citing irrelevant decisions from irrelevant courts, another state court in the case of the Muslim Georgia judge, Malihi.
It may be that the strategy is to destroy any trust remaining in our institutions so that it will be easier to replace them.
We need to concentrate on sending him back to Chicago, or Hawaii or Kenya, or where ever. That should be our focus and our mission.
The basic problem is that NBC does not and has not required two citizen parents.
I understand that birthers reject that idea. But at a bare minimum, all ought to be able to agree that honest people can look at the evidence and disagree with the idea that two citizen parents are required.
When all 50 states reject an argument, and every court rejects it, and no member of Congress accepts it, and no political party agrees with it...then maybe, just maybe, it is not ‘obviously’ a correct argument.
It doesn’t help that birthers on this thread have made dishonest statements that they know are dishonest.
The excuses for these talking heads is always - they will be marginalized and can’t talk about other pressing issues.
They must ssee that they have the power if they UNITE against the lamestream media.
If all of them, including the GOP candidates, publicly challenge soetoro/obama’s elig., start a national dialogue, do some digging, they will get the people’s support and the dam will crack.
But not one of them dares to get started. They let the left frighten them into submission. They buy into the notion that this is a losing battle before they even start. They let the left define the battlefield!
Millions of us want to address this issue but we have no media championing us, not even the traditional ‘conservative’ talking heads!
If only they are brave enough to insist in upholding article 2 and lend us their voice and support, the battlefield will be redefined, there will be a more level playing field. The court of public opinions will be on our side once the truth is out! People power will trump corruption.
Or they are only there to profit on our miseries - they have no intention whatsoever of throwing away their golden key to money/power.
I will have to admit that i am surprised that none of these talk show hosts have mentioned that Obama could not legally even run for the office of the presidency, and actually i thought they had, but i can not remember any particulars so maybe i just had a false impression.
However i have believed all along that these talk show hosts are going to look out for them selves first and i have heard both Hannity, Limbaugh and beck all contradict what they teach,
For instance Beck said for us to let the police know that we are the good guys, yeah right? the police are working for the government, if the government is run by the bad guys the police will still be working for them.
Hannity said that he had no problem with a secret agent going into a doctors office and posing as a patient for the purpose of seeing if a doctor would do illegal practices.
Limbaugh was dubbing something a conspiracy, can,t remember what it concerned, a day or two ago but he already had me convinced he does not believe in conspiracies.
We need to remember this country did not get to be where it is by accident, the People who have talked about socialism by design, in my opinion have it right.
The talk show hosts talk about absolute control being the agenda of the liberal democrats and i agree, but the Republican establishment is not exactly sheep either, or maybe they are when it comes to standing up to the democrats.
We have so many Government agencys including the i.r.s. the a.t.f. and others that really only have one purpose and that is to make war with the citizens of this country.
While the democrats established most of these and other socialistic agencys and programs, the republicans have not even lifted a finger to dismantle them.
If our hope is not in God, we have no hope.

However, they do have bosses. And families One radio guy was scared into not going there. I can’t remember whom or where but I believe he did receive threats to his family. It was on here.
I doubt it’s cowardice in a general sense, unless you want them to risk their jobs over this. It seems that no judges will take this very far either. One day the truth will out, and our kids will ask why no one vetted him. It will be hard to explain today’s complicit media. I hope.

Using only recent history as my guide line, no amount of evidence will ever be sufficient even at the USSC level.
What penalties has anyone seen given to a member of the ruling class for violating the US Constitution? It just does not happen. Sure some have been forced out of office for violating some lessor laws but when was the last time a member of the ruling elite has been put in prison for violating the constitution?
Remember the revealing statement by Rep Pete Stark that the Federal Government can do ANYTHING it wants? Why was that man not arrested on the spot? His own words shows any rational person he has violated his OATH to support the Constitution but I guess there is no penalty for such violations.
HELL the phony political hacks at the USSC give us endless 5-4 decisions when their sole job in life is to have an understanding of a rather simple and short document and judge if an action of government or a law passed by congress or executive order (big problem here) are allowed by our founding document.
And yes the US Constitution is a simple and short document compared to all the 2000+ page crap spewed out by our lawyer infested congress. Lawyers today could not make a pimple on the butts of the founding fathers.
So you have to ask yourself if these black robed clowns are the best legal minds and not political hack why all the 5-4 decisions and usually by the same usual suspects?
If the big BO does not have a citizenship issue then why has congress tried to modify the requirements 5 times (that I am aware of) to allow a lower standard to be applied?
And just one more WHY! Why do we allow our USSC to tell citizens they have no standing on this issue? Excuse me but it seems under our system of government We The People must have STANDING on every issue that involves our government.
Any judge on the USSC and I do not care who’s political hack they are, who says We The People do not have standing should be arrested, tried for treason and given the full and proper punishment allowed for treason. Who exactly do we call on to do this? Who would enforce our constitution? Seems, based on history, there is no mechanism to remove filth like our president or the political scum on the USSC

I listen to Mark Levin every day, and he never said this. Produce evidence or quit misrepresenting Mark.
He has explained why HE does not beat the issue to death, and it is because, in his estimation, it will not remove Obama from office.
He NEVER said the issue was unimportant or that those who believe it is important are fools.
And if you can suggest better spokesmen and advocates for conservatism than Mark Levin and Rush Limbaugh, please do. Put up or shut up.
