Mafia ? (Il zotto di pazzo)

Posted on 02/01/2012 3:44:24 PM PST by chrismac

It might be connected with the strange goings on around here : Our car stolen, with $4000 of damage; Our neighbour's healthy rabbit dying unexpectedly; Our neighbour's letterbox being destroyed; Curious spam emails about las vegas; The odd curious phone call; Faeces being smeared on our church Car windows smashed and things taken at church - they now have patrols as a result Breakin at church and organ damaged. Mysterious deaths of stars, such as Heath Ledger, Brittany and her husband, Michael Jackson, David Carradine, and others : http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2010/05/24/what-killed-brittanys- husband.html http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/31103217/ns/today-entertainment/t/david- carradine-found-dead-thailand-hotel/

Connect the dots if you dare, to see the truth.

“Maybe I’ll be able to capture the point I want to make.”

Er, sometimes the point captures you.
Be careful about those points.

My goodness. I had two discussions about Jesus Christ is two days and was enlightened by both...

Thanks for the second one!

I just weighed Kathleen - 10 lbs., and she’d just poot, too! (I also found out how much I weigh, since that was needed for the subtraction problem. Eek. I think I’ll go back to Weight Watchers next Tuesday, if it’s not snowing or something.)

Two weeks ago the doctor said I had gained five pounds. Yesterday, I weighed myself and I had lost six pounds. I know how much I’ve lost by how my clothes fit., so a scale is for someone else’s benefit. Still, it makes me feel better to see the figures.

Kathleen weighs as much as I did when I was born. LOL!

James was our biggest, at 9 lbs. Tom has gained another 13 since the last time we checked: he needs to lose nearly 50, or the BSA won’t let him go to the Seabase camp this summer. Hopefully this will get his attention!

The NC Forum has just discovered the state redistricting maps. Almost all of us are in new congressional districts. Time to start paying attention to the primary candidates! In my new district, we have a good chance of unseating a long-time incumbent Democrat, because they moved in a few heavily Republican precincts and took away some Democrat areas to the east.

Wow. Seabase Camp is quite some incentive! I wish him fortitude in his efforts.

Busdaddy was creeping up around 300 pounds and I was beginning to worry, as his legs would swell and the smallest effort wore him out. So on one of my trips to Walmart for grocks, I got him some Slimfast-type drinks, a box of meal bars and a box of snack bars.

That seemed to be enough encentive for him to change what he eats, and he has been diligent about sticking to it. He is also eating yogurt for snacks, and though it isn’t one of his favorite foods, he is eating it.

He also began to exercise on the Gazelle Edge, and has lost almost 30 pounds since November. The swelling in his legs has gone down, and his BP is lower, so I’m glad for him. He is VERY diligent about it all.

He said he is tired of always feeling tired.

The only alternative to what he is doing now is to go on the Atkins diet, and he would need help in that. His cooking skills are non-existent.

I’m concerned about Tom’s circulation, because I’ll notice his skin is looking mottled when there doesn’t seem any reason for it. I assigned him a goal amount to lose by the end of this month, and said that if it didn’t happen, we’d get our doctor involved, before his health is seriously compromised.

Having a doctor involved might be a good idea, as it will let Tom know how serious obesity is at his age.

Of course, at his age, he is invincible, but a visit to the doc may give him a better perspective of himself.

Time for Kathleen’s nap. I love naps with babies ... like a sweaty, snorting stuffed animal to hold ;-).

One that smells like baby powder and baby lotion and love. Yah. Naps with babies are really good! Sweet dreams!

You still snowed in?

It’s in the low 60’s here with no clouds (yet) and a slight breeze. Wish you were here...

We’d have less trouble with pageants and presidents if we did that.

Teh fatness!

I think yesterday was the last day for the pink elephant pajamas ... she’s too big. That was “Newborn” size, up to 10 lbs. “0-3 Months” garments are still a bit big - her feet don’t reach the clothes’ feet.

Good job Mom... ;-)

I'm still wondering who sets the sizes for infant gear. Grace is coming up on 4 months and is already into her 6-9 month clothes. And some of those don't fit so well either...
