Looks like Romney will be on his own come November : A baked-in image as a nefarious businessman and hardened high negatives/low positives with precious little or any support from the GOP base.

Unnatural deeds lead to unnatural troubles.

I’ve made the same point several times tonight. He can win Florida by carpet-bombing Newt with over 10,000 negative ads, but that will not win the Presidency. People want to believe the candidate is the best person for the job, not just that he’s the biggest, richest bully on the block.

If he wins the nomination, he better not cry to us: “boo hoo oh the media is making fun of me. Look, they even have a Broadway show about Mormons just in time for the election. Please help!”
Sorry, pal. You broke it, you bought it.

To me, the Romney record of his life, is of destroyer.
Romney is also damaging the entire conservative movement, he is causing division and destruction within the Republican party, and also is managing to attack in such a violent reputation and image destroying manner, that he is taking out our conservative leaders.

(Romney is unquestionably the weakest party front-runner in contemporary political history.)

The really sickening part of all this, is that Obama HAS TO BE BEATEN in November no matter WHO is the Repub nominee. It may take two election cycles to get to where we want to be, but still, Obama MUST be thrown out. Priority ONE!!

Romney didn't get 50% of Republican voters in a large state.
You can win Texas in the general if you can do that, but not New York, nor California, nor Pennsylvania, nor Illinois, nor Ohio, nor New Jersey, and certainly not Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Kentucky and a host of others.
YOU MUST ATTRACT THE REPUBLICAN BASE to win!
Then you have to pull in YOUTH.
Mitt is remarkably placed to be the one Republican candidate who will repel youth. He created too many new companies that used fewer people, and the lucky ones with Masters degrees have already worked the requisite number of hours at Staples and they still cannot find work.
I just don't see Romney being a realistic Republican candidate.

Mr. Magic Underpants (and his nasty little elves) have yet to remember that they NEED our votes. Too late for me. There is already a lying scam artist in the WH, I won’t vote this one in either.

Believe it or not, that is what the talking heads at FOX said. Said he runs the risk of alienating many in hos party if he doesn't start to be for something other than just blasting his fellow Pubbies! They know what it going on. It was a notice sent over the airwaves to Mittens

The establishment and their closet adherents among "conservative" pols and pundits are uncannily naive for not seeing this.
