I have only seen one Owl in my life. That was in the Sonoran Desert outside Tucson, I was driving thru the winding roads at 2 AM and a huge one flew right over my windshield, scared the crap out of me and it was huge. Just covered the windshield, I didn’t hit it but it was close.

I have seen one baby owl up close..It knocked itself out on my glass door..I put it in a box, covered it with a handtowel..It was gone by morning.
I saw owls at my daughter’s neighbor’s. Thy had a house” on the back fence pole.
I had a similar experience with a buzzard flying right at me..I was a passnger..You could see the scratch marks on the high upper windshield where his talons touched..My son in law was driving..We were both shaken!

I was scared at first because at first it looked like it was headed at my SIL..then it ended up in my face..This all happened so fast..It was VERY scary..Thanking God for intact windshield..a miss..and no wreck.

I’m already anxious for a pretty scene like yours. SPRINGTIME is coming in a few months but first we must have some cold and snow. Spring is my favorite!
