Oh, Red, I am so sorry about Aladdin. That is just so hard (believe me, I know) I guess the only thing I can say is Aladdin didn’t suffer and simply went to sleep and woke up in doggie heaven. That isn’t much consolation to you at all but I am glad Aladdin didn’t suffer. Merry Christmas. You will be in our good thoughts and prayers.

Good luck with your seeds! A couple of weeks ago I did the calculations on when I should start my cole crop seeds, and now I’ve forgotten what I came up with and have to do it again. Oh, well.

The weather up here is so goofy that I have taken to throwing color-coded darts at those annoying insurance company calendars that flood our mailbox every year...

“...it has always been that final trip to the vet; which is something I dread more than anything.”
I was dreading having to do that with Aladdin but just like the Gentleman he was he spared his Dad having to make that decision.

Thank You for that image. I believe that is exactly what happened.

G-d loves His animals...if He didn’t, He would have had Noah build a much smaller boat.

Merry Christmas, Gardeners!
Boy is my garden frozen. Feels like it’s 20 degress today and a brisk wind, no sun. Brrr. Southern Wisconsin winter.
Send us some sun for Christmas!

Oh, sorry to read that you lost your dear doggie! We had the same heartache 18 months ago. Every time we lose a dog it’s hard to take. I read sometime ago on FR that dogs have shorter lives than humans, so we can know more dogs during our lives, thus making us better people having known all those dogs. Each one is such a blessing to know.

Must have been better than usual. Got a new laptop and Internet hook up (blue-tooth) through cell phone.
So many other Internet hook ups did not work, including satellite. Once the booster for the cell phone was installed then everything else fell into space.
