In case the morning talk show profiles, CNN updates and frequent monologue jokes weren't enough to demonstrate the cultural zeitgeist of Tim Tebow, the Denver Broncos quarterback was the subject of a sketch on this weekend's episode of "Saturday Night Live."

Nobody blasphemed the holy spirit in the skit, relax.
I agree with you for the most part, although last nights show was a rare show in that it was funny from the start.
Do you know what Easter celebrates?
What is the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit?

Tebow is polarizing, he needs to kill a few dogs and have some baby mommas to fit in
or go to a tatoo parlor and let his hair grow to his waist.
You know what? They are right. Some of you folks need to lighten up. The skit was funny. It was not blasphemous. It was trying to make the point that God can help, but you really need to play four full quarters—as they are right now. Snl made the same point I did last week—in addition to thanking God, the should also be thanking their place kicker.
SNL was funnier last night than it has been all year. And it’s been funny this year.
Having a sense of humor means seeing the humor in all sides. Not just when they make fun of the other guys.
True. Lol
No no, shockin dogs to death when they lose a dog fight.
How bout a lil steroid injection or slappin baby momma round.
We need a real role model...Tebowin should be a term for aggravated assault on a police officer.
What He REALLY said:
Matthew 28:19
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.
It actually is blasphemous to put words in Jesus’ mouth that are literally the opposite of what he commanded. That is actually a pretty good definition of blasphemy.
Well, what do you expect from the National Barak Channel?
Shush now, we can’t let those God-ordained holy days get in the way of the made up ones. ;)
Did you see the skit?
It was funny.
"Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is funny? Against Jesus who is God in the flesh, and who hung on a cross to save us is funny? This actor damned himself to an eternity in hell here, and its funny? Think about that."
I don’t need lighting up. I just want to know when they are going to have a skit with Mohammad in it in the same fashion as they do Jesus. Maybe one were Mohammad appears to a teenager that has just strapped on a bomb belt and telling him that the 72 virgin thing was meant as a promo for the religion he was hawking and not to take it that seriously.
I thought it was a funny skit.
>> ESPN called Tebow polarizing in an election year and Bob liberal excuse machine Ley echoed the same seniment.
ESPN is a Disney property. Duck Fisney.
“Nobody blasphemed the holy spirit in the skit, relax.”
It was in the opening, it was fast and it was laughed over, but none-the-less, they touched what ought not be touched.
