Good Morning
OH BIG OUCH
I caught a box of books instead of the Christmas
decorations I had thought I pulled out from a high shelf
in the garage and seperated both shoulders..Both
ended up "frozen" as it hurt so much to move my arms.
PT finally prescribed....that, infrared therapy and hard work got them "thawed out"..
I am so sorry your grandson hurts.
I wish you a blessed Lord's Day

Blessings to you as well, DD!
My grandson wrestles as well so I know of what you speak. Prayers for his speedy recovery.
Hope you are feeling well. Prayers that tomorrows test shows an increase in your platelets. Rest and enjoy the evening!
To: jaycee
You're welcome! :)
Did you get any baking done? I haven't even started yet and my mind keeps thinking of something else I need to make...lol. I promised myself I would cut way back this year so we'll see what I finally decide on! A few things are a must but others can be ignored. ;)

Oh dear...is that normal for this time of year?
To: Diver Dave
Crab feed?? Sounds like a winner to me. Crab legs maybe? I love’em! We have them sometimes. The guys cook the crab legs and I make a salad and we are all here. We put newspapers on the table and have a lot of fun. Its been a while and I bet they cost an arm and a leg now.
Sorry about your little grandson. I’m sure that separated shoulder is quite painful. Hope it heals fast and he’s back to his old self soon.
Hope you are doing better, Dave. We all here keep you in our thoughts and prayers! A blessed Lord’s Day to you also, and a very Merry Christmas!

I constantly make promises to myself and break them quickly. I sat down tonight and made a list of groceries and other things left to do. If I could get that all done tomorrow, I will be on my way to cooking and doing what work is left to do. I usually never get everything done but just do the best I can.

PRAYERS GOING UP FOR OUR AMERICAN HEROES AND FOR OUR BELOVED NATION!
GEORGE WASHINGTON THE PRAYER AT VALLEY FORGE
In the coldest and darkest days of the American Revolution, General George Washington raised his prayers for the survival of his beleaguered Army and of the new Nation. The Lord answered those prayers, upheld his Army through a punishing nadir to everlasting glory and bestowed His manifold benefits upon the new Nation.
In like manner, let our prayers now rise for our heroes in the American military who seek to secure the benefits of Freedom on behalf of a people hungry for them. Father, look on our prayers for them with favor, guide their steps in righteousness and keep them in the shelter of Your Healing Wings. Bless and uphold them in the performance of their Mission. Through Jesus Christ, Your Son, Amen.
WREATHS AT ARLINGTON
Heavenly Father, at this time when we commemorate the Nativity of your Son, Jesus the Christ, we pray that you vouchsafe the souls of our Fallen to dwell eternally in your Divine Presence, Amen.
