If they have possession of the ball with the ball in the end zone it’s a touchdown, if they don’t get possession until the ball is out of the end zone it’s not. Really quite simple actually.
I have a question about college rules. If a player fumbles the ball into the end zone from the playing field, is it considered a TD if his team recovers? I thought it was considered a touch back and turn over. TAMU lost in four OT periods on that call last weekend.
