Great one. (I think I’d be real careful if I was the doggie on the left...lol.)
Praying for those in Reno - 20 homes and over 400 acres have been destroyed, and the fire is raging with 69 mph winds - helicopters can’t get in to assist - all schools are closed and 9,500 have been evacuated.
Thanks M for the clickable.
That (ACLU) part of the title there almost made me not watch...lol. j/k...as I know to always read the entire title!
*sigh*...those were the days, weren’t they?
Thank you for our FRiday Patriots!
TGIF..? ;)
Wow..where’d ya see that?
I saw it on the Weather Cannel - and since I hadn’t seen anything on the national news about it, I went to google “news” and there are hundreds of articles. You Tube also has quite a few videos of it. This is horrible.

All the news channels want to ‘talk’ about is the GOP polls, the reopening of the Natalie Woods death, and the ‘super committee’ that is supposed to come up with a way to get us out of debt. Oh - and Herman Cain crying on tv, and getting security for him and his family.
I always love this pic that you post on Red Friday, teenie!
Thank you.
I loved this, yorkie. Thank you.
Thanks teenie.
I’ve had a real bad tummy ache and have no idea why? I
was fixing lunch as I was hungry and it was late, so I
took some Pepto and it has settled down some. I am going
to lie down a while and let it subside, I hope.
Thanks for informing us. That fire is horrible...appreciate
the links and I checked the thread you posted! Good work!
Those winds are real nasty up there. Prayers for all in harms way!
I am surprised that the national news channels are not covering it. I even checked Drudge - no word of the Reno Wildfire! (So, I reported it to Drudge, too.)
There are some very snarky remarks on the thread I posted - some FReepers need to get in touch with reality, IMHO.
And, thank you JC.
I heard that all schools in Reno are closed (The Weather Channel), and the winds are so high, that embers can be carried ten miles in just moments.
Hope your family stays safe, Teenie! Prayers for them are going up right now.
Some people are just snarky and don’t know how to say
something good or at least understanding. I go over
and check the political threads just to see how mean
people can get....its terrible. I wouldn’t comment on
those if they paid me a thousand dollars! LOL!
