I’m a little tired of the analogy to a military strategy. What’s strategic about indecision? Sarah has said very clearly, more than once and in the cited interview, that she’s still thinking about whether or not to run.

In fact, in one of her recent appearances on Greta, she said she’s tired of giving the same “dopey” answer. She called her own indecision “dopey.” That’s not strategic.

She’s weighing the consequences of running against those of not running. There’s nothing more to it than that. When she makes up her mind, she’ll let us all know. Until then all of the speculation about this sign or that sign and all of the predictions about this day or that day are worthless.

The media doesn’t fear Sarah Palin. They hate her. There’s a big difference.

She has something extra to consider. Not duty or obligation or the future of the country - if it was just that she’d already be in.

Trig.

Downs syndrome children are incredibly loving, affectionate and cheerful - but they really cannot cope well with changes in routine and they NEED their parents badly.

In her shoes, you or I would find it equally hard to decide, if there is any indecision there. I personally hope she gets into the race and shakes things up. But I am not saying word one against her if she does not.

They hate because they fear or is it they fear because they hate? What came first, the chicken or the egg? Circular rationale is about as consuming as circular firing squads.

Please don’t confuse “no decision” for indecision....

She is in charge of the timeline an her plan. Just because everyone else is spending cash now doesn’t mean all candidates have to as well....

I think she’s being fiscally responsible by waiting till the last minute.

Just my opinion...hope yer well.

What’s strategic about indecision?

It's 3 AM and the phone rings... Sarah Palin can't decide whether to answer it, dithers till 4 AM, ponders the various alternatives till 5 AM, creates a strategic plan for how to answer the phone till 6 AM, wonders whether answering the phone will shackle her too much till 7 AM, wrestles with how the media will react if she doesn't answer the phone till 8 AM, argues she is not really indecisive by not having yet answered the phone till 9 AM, etc, etc, etc...
