Downs syndrome children are incredibly loving, affectionate and cheerful - but they really cannot cope well with changes in routine and they NEED their parents badly.
In her shoes, you or I would find it equally hard to decide, if there is any indecision there. I personally hope she gets into the race and shakes things up. But I am not saying word one against her if she does not.
I won’t hold it against her either. She’s been through enough. I think she’ll go the route of Glenn Beck. I think she wants to influence decisions rather than make all of them. JMHO.
