I’m waiting until the bitter end for her. And if she decides differently, I’ll just trust her judgement and vote for the next-best-thing.
I send every GOP letter back with a few notes of my own in it not dollar notes, but notes about what they should be doing and who they should be listening to these days: real conservatives.
I’m holding my dollar notes for Sarah.
“If” Sarah Palin doesn’t run -— and I fully anticipate that she willl -— this will be a very inexpensive election for me, because all the money I have saved is saved only for her.
Oh, I will vote for our nominee, provided s/he is a conservative, who’s not going to let us down with illegal alien immigration. Herman Cain for example, who, like Sarah Palin, has no ties to Washington, DC, but I will use the money I saved for 3 years for Sarah Palin on my own bills and family.
I trust that you’re well, anmd I am still praying for your father.
Like SOME *cough*cyberliberty*cough* FReepers I know.
Sorry, I dont have anything to say to admitted child beaters. And you beat girls! For shame. For shame.
That picture is Rorschach test.
I look at it and see an adorable little girl throwing a tantrum to get her way.
You look at it and see child abuse.
Sounds like somebody has a guilty conscience.
They scream and yell she is a nobody with no influence or power, then spend their days whining and bemoaning she won't do what they demand.
I see others beat me to it, but thank you clarifying what your real issue is regarding Governor Palin.
I appreciate your honesty. Really I do. Really...

President Zero is a loser no matter who runs. Assuming a modicum of competency and desire for victory, no way Zero wins. It won’t even be within the realm of being stolen.
Sarah is worth waiting for. Except for Cain and perhaps Santorum, the others are establishment RINO types. If she doesnt get in, I will vote for whoever the nominee is.
Its an awesome speech even for today. It would be nice to hear something like that again.
Who knows, maybe on Nov 13th. Lol!
I think its earnest indecision. - BuckeyeTexanAs one of the "most devoted followers" of Governor Palin to whom you refer, LongBow1969 -- I feel obligated to re-post this more ELEGANT way to formulate that position, from a comment by Conservatives4Palin's Aaron Herald:Perhaps, but that is certainly not what the loudest of Palin's supporters have been claiming.
Most of them insist she is definitely running and just strategically delaying an announcement till the perfect moment.
If you believe what her most devoted followers are saying, Palin is lying to everyone by claiming she is undecided...Longbow1969
As for me, it is easier to simply accept Governor Palin at her word rather than to presume she's being disingenuous.I sincerely hope that this analysis helps YOU to understand what many of us feel in our gut about Sarah Palin's "intentions" -- as much as it has helped ME. :o)(And no matter the reasoning or motive--war, strategy, cleverness, Sun-Tzu yadda yadda--disingenuousness is the underlying presumption of this way of thinking.)
And that word is that she's not made the final decision. I believe, like many here, that she's long planned for a potential run and has taken proper steps to be in position to make an effective run following an announcement. That is a prudent and forward-looking course of action by a serious potential contender.
It is, though, a markedly different thing than a decision to commit to a run.
An imperfect analogy that might serve to help here is the distinction between an engagement and a marriage.
The engaged has agreed in principle to marriage and begins taking all the necessary psychological, physical and practical steps to plan for the wedding.
The true committment to the marriage, though, does not happen until the couple stand upon the altar and utter the words "I do".
Sarah hasn't said "I do" yet.
I choose to take Sarah at her own word that she's not made the final commitment. To do otherwise would be tantamount to calling her a deceiver, and I refuse to do that.
I hope, pray, and strongly suspect she will say "I do."
Posters here have been crowing ad infinitum how Palin's been "keeping the media off balance".I agree with this last part of your post, Cyber. She's also keeping the Republican candidates off balance, donors and fund-raisers off balance, big-name endorsers, the Tea Partiers and her supporters off balance....
There is a significant risk of "collateral" damage to the "good guys" in Governor Palin's current "unconventional" strategy.
I agree with her need to keep "the opposition" off balance...
...and I see her opposition as not just the MEDIA, but also the ESTABLISHMENT RINOS......but I also look forward to the end of this "guerrilla" phase of her campaign, so that her "ground forces" can re-engage.
Many of us in the O4P trenches are not (yet) as fully engaged as we would like to be.
I got the two of you confused in my last post.
Sorry.
It bothers me to see so many old FRiends hurt by what I believe to be Governor Palin's unfortunate, but NECESSARY, current strategy.
At some point in the very near future, we will all need to once again be on the SAME side -- getting rid of Obama.
What's worse, she's supposed to have a "servant's heart".
She needs to get busy and make me a sandwich.
I don't agree at all.
Our existing candidates have been performing poorly. If they were doing well, Palin's unknown status wouldn't have an effect.
At the very least, Palin's possible entry into the race should be an incentive to our current crop of candidates to do better, specifically on the issues.
Perhaps you should "think again".
My only part in this conversation is that I am tired of seeing that pic of the crying toddler that keeps getting posted, and I got ragged pretty well for that by a pair of a-holes saying I’m declaring some kind of “victim” status.
One of them, it seems, is/was a child-beater.
Am I the only one who really read that sentence?
If she has no reason not to tell her supporters if she's not running, then whose side is this guy on? Actually, I think he's just such a poor writer he got tangled up in his double negatives.
It makes perfect sense to me!
Got one finger limbered up doing finger exercises...:oP
False analogy.
So let me get this straight.
Your argument is that the person who left a highly lucrative position on the Oil and Gas Commission so she could expose rampant corruption as a whistleblower...and who gave herself a paycut...
...is all the sudden obsessed with money and fame?
Good luck with that narrative, pal.
