There is no need to negotiate
The House has offered Cut,Cap, and Balance.
This measure could be accepted by the opposition — OR — with no negotiations and no need for 0bama’s signature we can force the federal government to operate within its available means
i.e. Cut Cap and Balance: take it or leave it
the federal government will still be able to meet its important obligations from current income and will then be forced to make large spending cuts on other non-essential junk.
and we all know there is lots of that.
again: we do not need 0bama’s signature to give him ZILCH. he needs us if he wants anything more than that.
