The woman, known only as juror number 12 left her job and went into hiding fearing co-workers would 'want her head on a platter'.

Her husband said before leaving she told him: 'I’d rather go to jail than sit on a jury like this again.'

He told NBC News he was worried for her health and had his bags packed ready to leave if his 60-year-old wife's name gets released.

The woman, who moved to Florida from Michigan fled the area, retiring from her job working at Publix Grocery over the phone because she didn't feel safe.

No, circumstantial evidence is very important and in most cases there is no direct evidence.

If they were 6 to 6, I can’t see how they met for such a short time. Good lord, they were dealing with the death of a child at the hands of her mother, 10 total hours is simply a derelict of duty.

I can’t figure out how Ashton was so bad in hindsight when most every peer felt the prosecution was doing a compelling job with what they had to work with. IMO, they did over-charge, which was a big error, but not uncommon, but the other charges were there, too.

I have 2 of his books. They were both rather disappointing - my opinion.

In which alternate universe? That charge was never dropped.

P.S. I blame the O.J jury not this one.

double P.S. I hope Casey Anthony gets flooded with lawsuits. I am not defending her in the least.

If you don’t know what evidence was presented in court, why are you arguing about this.

Who said that? I know, and I also know things that were inadmissable in court but were widely reported. When you sit a jury, you must look at the evidence the court allows you to consider, and no more.

I would hope more people would understand that what we see and hear on a televised "show" about a court case is not the same as the evidence that the court allows the jury to use to come to a verdict.

ironically the OJ jury most likely made their decision based on fear of exactly this kind of reaction.

If you’re on a jury, you can’t let yourself be swayed by emotion.

Tell that to the O.J. jury...

Yet the host nor the media corrects errors tbat continue to be echoed.

1- chloroform was search for only once for 3 mins. (not 84 times)
2- The duct tape was found near the crime scene not over the mouth.
3- There was no children star image only someone opinion of the image.

Info on the duct tape, from Casey Anthony trial: Jurors see graphic photos of Caylee's remains

..................."The early photos from the recovery scene appear almost innocuous. They show the pale, round back of the skull, poking up from the leaves and the muck near a log. In these initial images, Caylee's skull looks almost like a large egg shell, except for the wet strands of hair stuck to the bone and duct tape fibers.

Perhaps the most disturbing in the progression of photos prosecutors displayed Thursday came later: a frontal view of Caylee's skull — empty eye sockets, hair matted on the top, front and sides, covering much of what was once a face, vegetation and overlapping pieces of duct tape. The grayish tape formed a kind of mask along the right side of the skull, covering the jaw and nasal cavity"..................

"The pieces of tape were attached to each other," said Chief Deputy Medical Examiner Dr. Gary Utz. "There appeared to be more than one. I did not separate them."

Utz noted it was unusual that the lower jaw, or mandible, had remained in place.

"The mandible is usually left behind at some point," Utz said. "In this case, it's still attached because of the hair mat."

He also explained that fabric from the tape was lightly adhering to the mandible. "The tape itself was no longer adhesive," he said, but some portions were still stuck to the hair."............... And he pointed out plant root growth through and around the skull.

“Our Leader”??? Good grief. A cult. A brainwashed cult, apparently. Anything Levin says should go without challenge? Well, there’s your credibility.

It must have been the Wally Cox like voice and his rantings that drew me in a few years ago. Since then I haven't been able to stop listening. I'm sorry for not providing the link in my last post. http://www.marklevinshow.com/sectional.asp?id=32930#

Just give his 7/05 show 5 minutes, and you'll understand. I know you have the time since you wasted twice as much on me.

The jurors were going to make a mint, guilty or not, so I don’t think that was as much a factor. But juries can be swayed by other factors, like a mother losing her daughter (Cindy losing Casey) or whether or not they like the participants. Maybe the prosecutor came off like a big jerk, not saying he did.

All these play a part in the decision of a jury.

For what it’s worth, I heard that Levin show and I heard Levin misstate evidence presented by the prosecutors. I lost respect for him, and would not base my opinion of this trial on what Mark Levin says. I expected more from someone of his caliber.

I remember watching cable coverage of the OJ trial in the mid-90s. Mark Levin regularly defended OJ and his dream team. Never had much respect for him because of that.

It is no surprise to me that he now defends Casey Anthony's dream team.

But you just said “And that evidence must prove beyond a reasonable doubt not just that Caylee died, not just that her death was a result of an action of another, but that Casey herself was directly responsible for Caylee’s death.”

In the absence of direct evidence, how can you ever be sure?

That’s your opinion, which I don’t care about.

I care about justice, and this lazy, stupid jury did not do their job.
