The woman, known only as juror number 12 left her job and went into hiding fearing co-workers would 'want her head on a platter'.

Her husband said before leaving she told him: 'I’d rather go to jail than sit on a jury like this again.'

He told NBC News he was worried for her health and had his bags packed ready to leave if his 60-year-old wife's name gets released.

The woman, who moved to Florida from Michigan fled the area, retiring from her job working at Publix Grocery over the phone because she didn't feel safe.

So what you’re saying is that you would never convict purely on circumstancial evidence, right? You would always require either an eyewitness or a recording of the crime so that you could be sure?

The prosecution failed to present their case, it’s that simple.

Only to simpletons. You'll just have to forgive the rest of us.

They were 6 to 6 on Manslaughter and the more they worked it went to Not Guilty. State bungled it. Ashton was awful. I do not see why the FBI was not more on the case. They would have cracked it.

Not everybody in America has a subscription to the Orlando cable company.

I don’t believe the jury would unanimously agree to a verdict, unless there was good reason to do so.

The only people dumber than the jurors were the prosecutors.

Therein lies the explanation for your position.

For what it’s worth, I heard that Levin show and I heard Levin misstate evidence presented by the prosecutors.

From what I heard Hannity & Levin came up with that conclusion from watching ONLY closing arguments. There was so much more to that trial than closing arguments.

I do not agree with their conclusions either.

No that’s the law.

It doesn’t matter what you or I think, it’s what those 12 people thought.

I don’t know how the jury deliberated their decision. I don’t know why the jury rejected what seemed to be strong evidence for the prosecution, but decision does need to be respected if you believe in the American justice system.

You could watch the trial online at several sites. You don’t need a subscription to the Orlando cable company.

But did he by any chance mention that one of the charges was child abuse/neglect?

Yes he did, and the official charge was "Aggravated Child Abuse". As much as everyone imagines the word neglect was in there, it wasn't. And just for your information, Mark Levin is more than just a talk show host, He's Our Leader! Here's the link to his podcasts. Listen to the one from 7/05. It made me totally informed and a "so called expert" on this subject :)

The media would not cover this story if the public wasn’t interested and if it wasn’t profitable. Same with publishing companies. Fact is the public is to blame.

Sadly there seems there are even those here who lack critical thinking therefore unable to and can not grasp our legal system.

That Juror did the right thing just because you don’t like the message that is no reason to kill the messenger!

Yes we all know Casey Anthony was involved in the death of her daughter but how?

We all know in in our gut she did something but proving it is another thing.

we either honor the “rule of law” or we through our ignorance’s live under rulers law.

They should have not rush so quick to convict until they had more than opinions.

It has been reported invarious converstion which I did catch
Yet the host nor the media corrects errors tbat continue to be echoed.

1- chloroform was search for only once for 3 mins. (not 84 times)
2- The duct tape was found near the crime scene not over the mouth.
3- There was no children star image only someone opinion of the image.

All there was for now was just assumptions but no way to connect the dots.

Shame on the media for not clarifying these misconceptions and to continue to allow and perpetuates these false hoods.

buzz words buzzwords we live in critical times not only about this cases like this, it seems to permeate all through our culture today sensation sells and give ratings.

Judge Jeanine Pirro and others like her should be taken with a grain of salt going off half cocked!

A judge who was schooled in critical thinking would never make wild and careless remarks to confuse the public.

This emotion things will only encourage mob rule instead of rule of law!

Brain-dead people also elected obama, and there was no good reason.

I agree with that. Sadly, I think the verdict was determined on profit as well.

Yeah, like I have the time to watch 4 hours of Court TV, 5 days a week.

Sorry, I work upwards of 100 hours a week.

As I said, I am in agreement with you that the evidence presented probably means Casey was guilty. But my opinion in this situation, as yours, means very little if you’re not part of the jury.

“Our Leader”??? Good grief. A cult. A brainwashed cult, apparently. Anything Levin says should go without challenge?

Well, there’s your credibility.
