The woman, known only as juror number 12 left her job and went into hiding fearing co-workers would 'want her head on a platter'.

Her husband said before leaving she told him: 'I’d rather go to jail than sit on a jury like this again.'

He told NBC News he was worried for her health and had his bags packed ready to leave if his 60-year-old wife's name gets released.

The woman, who moved to Florida from Michigan fled the area, retiring from her job working at Publix Grocery over the phone because she didn't feel safe.

Wow, proof that many on this site who defend the lazy, idiot jurors do so without facts.

Everyone who defends the moron jurors are knee jerk opinion pickers, and not thinkers, who them stammer and stumble for things to support their pick.

I guess this was part of the grieving process.

Snow birds go south in the late fall and return to their nest back north come warmer weather.

OMG, many cases are circumstantial, if not most. LOL. So wrong on the law. I followed the case and read every piece of evidence, all transcripts of interviews and watched all videos from the jail, and listened to the recordings, and then I watched the entire trial start to finish. I even trekked the swamps. I can’t stomach the sensationalism of HLN, so Nancy Grace was a non-starter for me. I caught the show several times and she had her facts wrong when I did and repeated the same darn things over and over.

People been watching tv too much because virtually every murder doesn’t involve a camera shot of the deed.

Good grief.

So you didn’t even know that there were other charges involved in this case, and yet you still think this was a just verdict? Oh my. Now I do understand how Obama got elected, and I fear he might be reelected for the same reason.

I’ll ask two questions again. 1. Since child abuse/neglect charges were available, and it was a proven fact that she did not report the child missing for THIRTY-ONE days, how can it be said she was not guilty of those charges? 2. They found her guilty on all four lying to police charges. SO WHAT WAS SHE LYING ABOUT? And if they could find her guilty of lying, why not any of the other charges?

I have no doubt in my mind that Casey killed Caylee, whether on purpose, in a rage, by neglect, on drugs, drunk or otherwise.

You just said you have no doubt. The jury had an even lower standard. They only had to find that there was no reasonable doubt, in order to convict.

Case in point:
Juror #3: “just because you find someone ‘not guilty’, doesn’t mean they are innocent...”
Cripes...

They are not answering you because it's obvious that Casey was guilty of neglect.

But now that we’re talking about it, how much of this case did YOU follow?

I listened to Mark Levin's commentary on it the evening the verdict was read. He based his presentation on all the admissible facts the jury worked with as soon as he heard they were in deliberation. No Nancy Grace. No "No Spin Zone". No nightly news with (talking head's name here). And no talk shows with so called experts telling me what's going on, other than Mark Levin on the only night he covered any of it. He has renamed his show since as "The Casey Anthony News Free Zone".

no way in heck... They came the next day to court so the judge could instruct them to continue deliberations. It was noted some had “dressed” for the occasion, differently then during the trial. The minds were made up after the opening statements, which upon instruction, was NOT evidence or are closing arguments. Nevertheless, those that talk from this jury seem to think they are, and the defense opening statement was a far cry from the closing statement.

And yet, they yammer on about it being “the right decision.” Amazing.

This is evidence of neglect.

It's evidence of neglect for a 15 yr old - much more for a 2 yr old, IMO.

“It’s certainly possible that had we been part of the jury, as much as it might have pained us, we might have had to find her not guilty because circumstantial evidence is not proof.”

This is two statements you’ve made on here now that are simply mind boggling. Circumstantial evidence is not proof? Are you sure of that? I think maybe you should quit before you embarrass yourself any further.

This is evidence of neglect.

The stupid prosecution never charged her with Neglect. They went after Child Abuse instead and couldn't prove it.

She deserves dirty looks by the public. No one knew exactly how Lacey Peterson died either, but she sure was murdered, and by Scott. He sits on death row due to jurors who understood what was a “reasonable” doubt.
