The woman, known only as juror number 12 left her job and went into hiding fearing co-workers would 'want her head on a platter'.
Her husband said before leaving she told him: 'Id rather go to jail than sit on a jury like this again.'
He told NBC News he was worried for her health and had his bags packed ready to leave if his 60-year-old wife's name gets released.
The woman, who moved to Florida from Michigan fled the area, retiring from her job working at Publix Grocery over the phone because she didn't feel safe.

At some point in the future, when she is drunk, or on drugs, Casey will probably admit that she was responsible.
Baez did well in the initial press conference before the party. Humble and contrite. Cheney Mason made an arse out of himself. Following that, the party was shameful. They were partying because payday was upon them. Caylee has been a payday for many, unfortunately. The defense team, the parents, the jurors, Nancy Grace, etc etc etc. No wonder lightening struck the remains spot on sentencing day. God rolled over.
Were you?
Or in her book she makes millions on, she will talk about
“if” she had done it what she would have done.
Here in NH we have neither an income tax nor a general sales tax.
Not unless the public voted for a change to the Florida Constitution.
But as long as we have Sun, Surf, Sand and Disney World, we’ll have tourists.......
That's it in a nutshell.
All the rest is the impotent howling of a frustrated mob. Frustrated with the government, with inflation, with their job situation, with their destroyed retirement funds, just frustrated... and howling for the blood of not just someone they suspect of wrongdoing, but for those who ruled in the case the only way they could have under the circumstances.
I expect it from the lemmings who get all their news from the tube, but here? in a place for conservative thought? My turn to be shocked.
Of all the places I expected to see Due Process upheld, I admit I am surprised by the vitriol against it.
Here in NH we have neither an income tax nor a general sales tax.
Exactly right.
No I wasn’t, which is why I’m accepting with the decision of those who were.
Sure it would be nice to have had a guilty verdict, but it didn’t happen.
I'm pretty sure it was the chef. It was reported a number of times in the first couple of days.
These jurors just know that they have messed up - they cannot claim they completely examined the evidence as they asked for NO evidence in the jury room, and heard NO testimony read back to them... NOTHING!
This is her way of avoiding - not any physical harm but the psychological and emotional pain of public scorn and disgust!
Ok ...how did Caylee die and how did she get in the garbage bag in a swamp?
Exactly...The defense was giddy with anticipation of the new cases and millions that will come their way.
Thank you for the link.
I think our nation is closer to the edge than at any other time in my life.
“There was a child neglect charge as well. Not reporting a missing child for 31 days should at least qualify for child neglect, even if you cant get your mind around a murder charge. And yet, they found her guilty of lying to the police. So I have to ask: what did she lie about? Think about it.”
Exactly. With the line of thinking of this jury she should of been found not guilty of ALL charges and paid for her time served.
I’d like to know the outcome of that one. Wondering if that was another Casey lie or fabrication by the attorney himself.
Caylee opened the door under the sink..grabbed a garbage bag and the duct tape...walked to the swamp...dug a hole with her little hands..opened the bag..put her feet in..placed the duct tape over her mouth..closed the bag..and laid down in the small hole..and scooped the dirt over the bag..
Yeah thats what happened..
You forgot, she made a stop in her mommy’s car trunk first where she decomposed a little bit, and then rolled over to the swamp.
