Eight-four Google searches for chloroform and chloroform with evidence of a decomposed body isn't evidence?
“I believe it was negligent homicide...she drugged her baby so she could go out , and accidentally overdosed her.”....
I agree with this conclusion. When I heard the judge reading the instructions to the jury yesterday, it took him so long because there were too many possibilities for them to resolve. I had the idea that the prosecutor’s case against Casey was too complicated, and that the jury was lost in the minutiae of the case. The entire case was built upon a huge compilation of circumstantial evidence.
While it is possible Casey did premeditate the murder of her child, I knew it was overreaching to charge her with Murder 1. Better to try her for Murder 2 or Negligence of a Child leading to death. Select one certain charge and stick to it.
Unfortunately little Caylee’s death became a circus full of “entertainment value” rather than a case for true justice. May she rest in the peaceful arms of her Lord and Savior. Jesus loves the little children, and woe to the person who injures an innocent child.
“I wouldn’t have needed any of the defense’s claptrap to wonder where was the prosecution’s beef.”
Perhaps the dead and decomposing body with duct tape wrapped around her head was where the beef was at. And the fact that the last person to have been seen with the child lied to the police every step of the way.
Is common sense dead in this country?
LOL. BOY did I.
It is my sincere hope that should I ever find myself as a defendant at trial, that I am blessed to have the good fortune..... to have 12 jurors just as dumb as you.
Yes Bryan, common sense is dead.
Sadly, most people don’t even know what it means anymore.
Be carful.... using facts can cause severe headaches for some of these folks and you could get sued.
You brought up a good point. This case and that show will see some of that happen, I think.

Also new is the work of University of Tennessee's Oak Ridge National Laboratory in which air extracted from the trunk of the Anthony car revealed human decomposition and the presence of chloroform.
That doesn't mean that the defendant killed anyone. If we believe the evidence, it means that a body may have been in the car. It doesn't say who put the body there or how that person died.
Traces of chloroform were also found in Casey Anthony's car trunk, and evidence was found that someone had searched the Internet on her computer for the use of the chemical and how to make it.
"Someone" isn't Casey Anthony. They never proved it was her.
Throw in the fact, she was out partying down during the 31 days Caylee was missing and there isn't any doubt this witch murdered her daughter.
I went to school 14 hours after my beloved father died. It seemed very important to do something normal when nothing else was ever going to be normal again. Strange behavior does not equal murder.
No matter what she did during those 31 days, that doesn't explain how she might of murdered her daughter.
I think she killed her daughter. But the prosecution never proved it and the police didn't do their jobs.
Yea, Hollywood isn’t much better. She will be on the streets in no time as no one will have anything to do with her. Living in Florida I’m ashamed that the jury came back not guilty. No one else had custody of Caylee & with all Casey’s lies who would trust her. What comes around goes around & Casey will find her own truthful day in God’s court.
What would you require for “beyond a reasonable doubt”?
Color video and audio with a full typed confession and full DNA evidence to go along with the video? Sheesh

They wouldn’t want me on a jury either. I’m a retired claims adjuster & know bs when I see it. Casey will get her just rewards in the future. I see Baez & his group were having champagne toasts to the death of Caylee & that Casey was free of her murder.
I don’t know what happened. But a jury of her pears decided that she was not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. That is enough for me.

It’s a shame we weren’t both on the jury. I’m a retired detective Sergeant for a major crimes unit... I too can see bs a mile away. ;>)
Who else would have had access to Casey's car other than Casey?
"Someone" isn't Casey Anthony. They never proved it was her.
Absolutely, it was proven she was the one doing the Google search. No one else was at home. Her mother claimed to have conducted the searches but records show she was at work.
Thank you! I never heard that. Maybe that explains alot of the thoughts I was having. I know nothing, but my gut keeps saying somehow Kaylee drowned (Cindy calling Police regarding gate and ladder, talking at work about ladder etc)
Baez remarking and inferring things about George. Have no clue what happenned, but a Mom who allegedly wants to party is not a big enough motive to me. Casey and George were both home the day Caylee was last seen at home, accident? george and casey panic and the *accident snowballed*?
Defense showed trouble with the 84 google searches. Looks like the firest computer expert said chloraform was googled ONE time, MySpace 84 times. Sounded credible to me I think two experts said it was googled once or not at all.
I have to tell you that it gave me a smile to see all the talking heads explode all at once.....
one has to wonder when the entire media goes after one person, that something is not quite right...
