It is my sincere hope that should I ever find myself as a defendant at trial, that I am blessed to have the good fortune..... to have 12 jurors just as dumb as you.
As a famous judge in Tombstone said in 1881 -
” Can’t have a murder without a witness - release the defendant”
If the state seeks to put a citizen to death, they better have a damn good case . . . Airtight. No holes whatsoever. These jackwagons sat there picking their noses and laughing while the defense did final rebut. They got what was coming to them at the expense of a defenseless 2 year old victim.
