Funny, I was just thinking that about YOU. “Acting just like a liberal, not even thinking, just blindly posting the same old spam over and over.” In fact, you remind me a lot of the liberals who went after USSC Judge Clarence Thomas. Find any hairs on your coke can, by the way? (As claimed by the ex-clerk, Anita.)

And in case you missed it, another girl in the county jail for some kind of traffic offense had lost her own son in a drowning accident. Her father had found the boy and carried him out of the pool.

Today I checked out a link to "Casey's party pictures" (or something like that) to see the "lollipop" pictures. I scrolled down and read some the comments, which were fairly old (1-2 years) and saw at least one that said, "Caylee drowned in the pool."

It would not surprise me ONE BIT if Casey stole that little tidbit from off an Internet posting.

My remarks were directed toward the ‘Judge’ who violated the trust of the judicial system by conducting an illicit affair with a fellow court official and thus is not due respect- not toward anyone on this board.
Keep up the personal attacks and you will be reported.
That is against the rules.

Whoa...I missed that part of the interview- where George put the map on table. Good GOD.

Cindy is really off the wall too- told Tim that Sheriff Beary only wanted a conviction- that it was all political.

She was trying to protect Casey from the start.

Rushmore Rocks said: **My (now retired USAF Col.) husband spent years at Vandenburg AFB on the “missile range”. Believe me, he had no time to spend on a computer following any trial.*

I have been following your outrageous posts, but have not commented on them until now.

You, Sir, should go back down into the Silo and do your job.**

I rarely post, but show up here from time to time when interesting things are going on in the news.

My “now retired USAF Colonel” husband was at VAFB for an assignment as well. Small world.....and Missiles is a really small world, too. Maybe we all know one another. Now Patton will absolutely have the creeps.

Do you realize that race baiters would use your exact line of thought to say “if she was black, no one would care what happened to her child”..... this story isn’t big because she is white - it is big because she is a sociopath who lied without any emotion - for 31 days she partied while her child decomposed. It is a big story because those of us who have worked and gone without sleep to care for our children, nursed them through illnesses and cuddled then when they were scared or hurting, can’t imagine what kind of monster would act like Casey did. You can keep your santimonious “innocent until proven guilty” stuff for your possibly future professors after you graduate, pass the LSAT and then get accepted into a law school.

I understand what you are saying, BUT the jury is sequestered and immune to this mob mentality......we have not made a pledge to listen and not deliberate until it’s time. We are getting this negative testimony 24/7....it IS reaching a crescendo. Just remember.....the legal system works....it’s the best any country has. The only perfect judgment is when we face Jesus.

The judge is doing the best he can....the prosecutor and the defense attorney did as well. Now the jury will, without all the 24/7 news cycle influencing them. We have a great legal system.

On all these threads, whenever the subject of the judge handling the trial and being fair to both sides comes up, you talk only about 1998 and his affair.

That has no bearing on whether he has handled himself well in this trial or not. That is the only issue that makes any difference regarding this judge. We care not what he did in 98 as it was nothing to do with courtroom action.

If you can't separate the two, then you are going to have huge problems representing future clients. What you are doing to the judge would actually be considered inadmissable going to relevance if he was the one on trial.

I’m just saying don’t build this smirking ‘judge’ up to be a hero. He’s not worthy of respect.
He has ruled unfairly against the defense several times.

He sits there all rared back with his smirk and looks like he’s just waiting for her to get the needle.

“”Thank you for pointing out that the populace is not required to consider her innocent, only the jurors. Drives me insane when people try to say that.””

AMEN! I know I’ve brought up the OJ trial quite a bit in these threads but I was as obsessed with that as I have been with the Anthony case. I actually had guys at work tell me they weren’t ALLOWED to prejudge him - innocent until proven guilty, you know.

I told them over and over, it didn’t apply to us - we weren’t in a courtroom on a jury! My boss came to my desk (where I had my radio) AFTER the verdict and said he’d been rooting for OJ all along! I wanted to toss him off the balcony. Said he’d even sent him cards in jail. He was a buddy of Ron Phillips, the detective with Mark Fuhrman on the murder scene but I’ll bet he never told Phillips that.

One of the other employees came to me and said, “I can tell you now - I always did think he was guilty but I wasn’t allowed to say so.”

Jerks! Why must we be surrounded by jerks? Can we put a bounty on them?

Bless your heart..She is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law..We can state our opinion freely.
It is the jury who must presume innocence and withhold judgement until all the evidence is presented.

I love this judge..He keeps good order.
Casey has had her fair trial...

He is a judge who is conducting THIS trial with dignity and fairness. As such, he has my respect. What he did over a decade ago is meaningless. It would only matter if it affected this trial. So please, don’t go away mad—just...well, you know.

It is Independence Day in case you all forgot.

I do check FR off and on all day to check my messages.

Time for you guys to go out and celebrate and stop worrying about this stuff. Its out of your hands.

I thought the teacher was an alternate. Maybe they let the juror go on his cruise and replaced him with an alternate. I understand they can do that if done before deliberations start. If they start deliberating and juror replaced they have to start all over.

Just a quick point - Judge Perry had the affair in 1990 - not 1998 - so it was two decades ago. The 1998 date came up because the woman he had the affair with, who no longer worked with the Judge, was fired and decided to sue the County. That is all the Judge had to do with it by then, just the fall out from the affair 8 years before.

Ok... this is my FIRST post to a Casey Anthony trial thread... I really didn’t see much of the trial, but I did watch about 80% of the closing arguments... and, my wife has probably seen 70% of the trial, so... my opinions are somewhat impacted by hers.

I think, it’s 99.9% that Casey is guilty... and, I believe she will be found thus by the jury. However, I think it might take them awhile to agree on exactly what charge.

Without reading 10,000 thread posts... can you tell me what the consensus on FR is?
