There are also sure to be courtroom fireworks as the State gives it rebuttal and the case is expected to be sent to the jury.

I missed the first few days of testimony. I didn't know Casey only met Tony Lazzaro on Facebook only "weeks" before Caylee's disappearance. Also, once Casey was gone, she moved in with Lazzaro "and his roommates."
Caylee certainly would have cramped her lifestyle with new BF and his buds in the apartment.
I do believe that if there were pics out there of that nature of this child, it would have come to light, someone would be out to make a fortune off them.
This case is weird enough without that angle.
I never thought you “brought it up.” It came up last night and I remember the name of the person who did bring it up.
It’s listening to the sworn statements that really drives home how psychotic this woman really is. The complexity of the lies is amazing. (and disturbing)
Part 3 of Cindy’s statement is killing me. Cindy is talking and talking about “Zaney” and her accident.
I have to keep reminding myself that this complex story is completely made up. I’ve got a good imagination and I couldn’t pull crap this good out of my butt on the fly.
According to reports, on July 4, Casey Anthony is said to have spent the entire day partying with friends, but where was Caylee?
Then on July 7, Casey Anthony is alleged to have left this message on her MySpace account (message has since been deleted):
The message, titled “Diary of Days,” read:

Casey Anthony left her parents residence with her daughter Caylee on or around June 9th. While the family suggests Caylee and Casey left on a “short trip” enough information has surfaced since to suggest the mother/grandmother Cindy and daughter/mother Casey had a falling out. Read an alleged posting on Cindy’s MySpace message (since deleted) left on July 4th:

a better example would be a case involved in a recent SCOTUS Opinion. A prosecutor in NOLA withheld critical evidence. The defendant was convicted, sentenced to death. Just DAYS before his scheduled execution, evidence was found that he hadn’t committed the crime.
In defence of the boyfriend, Lazaro, he didn’t have her staying there 24/7 - she was leaving when he left the apartment. Remember she showed up at Jesse Grund’s house and asked if she could take a shower?

I have three days off from work...(I could get use to this for a time). I got baited and hooked on this case just couple days before that...so now look how I’m spending the fourth! Although just had the community fireworks...so I have festivated!

I think they were together about two weeks before she killed Caylee, but I read she was still sleeping with ricardo during that time as well.

I have to interrupt and say how sad it is in my neighborhood this weekend. For the seven years we have been back in Texas we have had all sorts of fireworks going off all around us to celebrate the Fourth! It has sounded like a war zone! lol We have stood outside and turned in circles to see all of the fireworks. A close neighbor bought for all of us a couple of years and they set them off and we got to just contribute a bit and enjoy.... nothing tonight. It is bone dry here - I haven’t heard a single pop outside.
Friends told Eyewitness News Casey celebrated Independence Day with her boyfriend Tony Lazarro. She partied and cooked dinner for him and his roommate.
An employee at Sutton Place Apartments remembered, sadly, how she’d seen them at a swimming pool in early June with Lazarro. Caylee was playing with dishes in the pool, yelling happily, “Look at me, look at me.”

While Channon was forced to watch, her boyfriend was raped prison style and then his penis was cut off. He was later driven to nearby railroad tracks where he was shot and set afire. But Channon’s hell was just beginning. She was beaten; gang raped repeatedly in many ways, had one of her breasts cut off and bleach poured down her throat to destroy DNA evidence all while she was still alive. To add to Channon’s degradation the suspects took turns urinating on her. This heinous hate crime was covered up and the authorities even refused to call it a hate crime.
Only one of the five thugs received the death penalty, (which is under appeal and likely he will get off) one received life and the others with lesser inadequate sentences.
