Good Morning to all. Closing Arguments are today.

I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.

I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.

Why do I call him Yoda and do I know the person he cheated on?

Because he looks like Yoda and he violated the trust bestowed upon him by the Judicial system by having an illicit affair with a fellow law official. I don't have to know him. His violation is recorded all over the net.

Actually I was using really dark humor on that one.

Only in BOZO’s mind would that be possible. (Caylee killing herself by crawling in the trunk.)

Remember, Cindy testified that when she started to clean that car after they got back form the tow yard. She pulled a pair of Casey’s pants out of the trunk. They Stunk and had a stain on them. If I remember correctly she said they smelled like the Car. She immediately washed them. contrary to Cindy’s protestations, she SUSPECTED Casey killed CAYLEE all along.

No. Not in a circumstantial case. It is the sum total of all the incriminating evidence that clinches a circumstantial case.

As an example...Dr. Bierenbaum killed his wife in his NYC apartment. Cut her into pieces. Put them in duffle bags. Drove to the airport...put her remains in his private plane. Flew out over the Atlantic Ocean. Dumped her remains which were never found. He was convicted of murder without the prosecution ever proving the exact method of her death—strangulation? Maybe.

The doc was convicted and is still in jail.

There are many other cases where a body was never recovered and exact manner of death never proven where the perps were convicted by the efforts of a shrewd prosecutor meticulously building a circumstantial case block by block, piece by exquisite piece to convince a jury.

As much as some of the blood-lusting people would wish it to be so, Casey Anthony will not get the death penalty.
Prosecution has not proven beyond a doubt murder 1.

We don't really care that the man cheated in 1998. He may well have found God by now and regrets what he did...we just don't know. Why don't you give it up as it has no bearing on this case.
