Why do I call him Yoda and do I know the person he cheated on?

Because he looks like Yoda and he violated the trust bestowed upon him by the Judicial system by having an illicit affair with a fellow law official. I don't have to know him. His violation is recorded all over the net.

We don't really care that the man cheated in 1998. He may well have found God by now and regrets what he did...we just don't know. Why don't you give it up as it has no bearing on this case.
