We don't really care that the man cheated in 1998. He may well have found God by now and regrets what he did...we just don't know. Why don't you give it up as it has no bearing on this case.

All I'm saying is it appears some are trying to make the judge a star. He's not.
He violated the trust the judicial system bestowed upon him by having an illicit affair with a fellow officer.
He has, at times, also ruled unfairly against the defense.

Despite this and as much as some wish the death penalty for Casey Anthony, the prosecution, despite their gruesome theatrics and seeking to make the jury hate her, have not proved murder one without the shadow of a doubt.
