I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.

Her ‘excuse’ for continually running out of gas was that the guage was broken.
The prosecution is either trying to share the glory, spread the blame, and or cover their butts in case anyone on the jury shares Matthew Bartlett’s opinion of Ashton. IMHO :)
You are absolutly correct - I was not at the trial, and have not seen the evidence as presented.
However - the entire duck tape thing is wrong. Put it in your arm, pull it off, you got DNA on the tape.
And it stays there, regardless of exposure to the elements.
Hence, it was applied after mortification.
Who knows what happened? I have doubts.

Yesterday on Jeannine Pirro’s show she had on Leonard Padilla, a limo driver and also a woman named Tracy who works for Padilla who was assigned to watch Casey 24/7 after they bailed her out of jail. One morning she heard George go into Casey’s room and start screaming “Where is Caylee” and Casey wanted no part of it and yelled at him to get out..gee I guess George is one heck of a good actor we are supposed to believe..that he knew and helped dispose of Caylee’s body, yet he is screaming at Casey to tell him where his granddaughter is..people gotta stop with the conspiracy BS and see the truth for what it is, Casey MURDERED Caylee because she did not want a kid anymore, she was sick and tired of the responsibility, she wanted to party, which she did, for 31 days, she looks like she had a blast
Ashton was very good but it is good to have the woman prosecutor complete the rebuttal closing. Good strategy to show the jury a woman does believe that Casey did it not just the “evil bad man”. Just a strategy, I guess.
However, I like Burdick too. Maybe it will be helpful that she is a woman? She'll have a different touch.

Where do you get this stuff. You do know ther was a TS that flooded the entire area of the body. flooded for month or so. Florida humidity and heat. yeah that DNA survived the disenigration of the adhesive and cotton.
