Good Morning to all. Closing Arguments are today.
I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.

Without judicial bias by Judge Kangaroo the Jury would now be deliberating.
Wasn’t there a CSI or Outer Limits or something where several folks on a plane attacked a person at once so that no one could figure out who the real killer was because they all did it!?
It was a CSI episode, but it was also in “Murder on the Orient Express.”

she was not in high school when she killed Caylee.......WHY should they allow a pic of her looking like a child? Use a pic of her as she is now or was when Caylee was alive. it would have been stupid to allow it. you are so in Casey’s camp......why? She is not someone to feel sorry for...Caylee is the only victim in this whole menagerie of a family.
That little girl was absolutely brilliant for a pre-3yr old. From watching Dora the Explorer, she could count to 40 in Spanish. Pre-year olds are just starting to master language. She’s able to sing lyrics from a song.
My theories on your illogical posts in this thread:
1. Your last name is Anthony;
2. Your last name is Baez; or
3. You are in love with Casey.
Casey will be found guilty of manslaughter at a minimum. If I had to bet, I would bet that she will be found guilty of 1st degree murder. I would also bet that the sentence will be life in prison rather than execution simply because jurors are squeamish about sentencing women, especially attractive ones, to death.
And, yes, I am a lawyer.
I will say good luck to you. It is a long road and tiring but worth it! (oh, and don't try to work and study for the bar at the same time! :D)

Didn’t listen to every minute of evidence, but since we can’t prove cause of death beyond a shadow of a doubt, I would go with life in prison. Bet the jury does as well.
