Good Morning to all. Closing Arguments are today.
I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.

You can get some crazy hop heads on a jury and your in trouble. Just one will do that. Happened to me.

So true - WESH website is showing some facebook comments as well as twitters from reporters inside the courtroom - saying the murderer is full on crying (how would anyone know?) and her cadre of attorneys is blocking the camera from filming it lol

He could have used a couple of people as jurors posting on this thread as a matter of fact.

Laughing in the defense case. He knows he is toast. The media template is falling apart. The woman Prosecutor is for real but Ashton will lose the case. He is used to prosecuting regular criminals like you see on MSNBC already in prison. Not a lunatic product of PC. I think the media is in panic because their template is in danger.

Now judge Kangaroo is giving the state overnight to try and come up with a rebuttal. I sure hope the jury can see through this Bias. He should be trown in jail.
You must be talking about Juror #4. I would worry about her, too.
Judge Bean is worried. He may not get his conviction. What a travesty.
