Actually, Ive only had one toaster with a brain,
****************************************************
I had one toaster advertised as having a “bread brain” , that one worded fine ... my problem seems to always be with the electromagnet hold down .. they don’t shield them from crumbs and they fail to stay down...

Sorry I turned this into a toaster thread. LOL!
Graphene technology will probably help with more than toasters. And if you have a method of protecting the hold down from crumbs, you may be onto a marketing niche there!

It’s sometimes fun to try old software on new computers. A few years back I tried to play a version of Joust from IIRC the early nineties. Unfortunately the developer set the speed of the sprites by the clock, not by real time. The vultures were so fast I died almost instantly.

I downloaded Wasteland awhile back and was amazed at the hours I could spend playing that RPG when I was a kid.

You might try turning the Turbo button off... ;-)

You might try turning the Turbo button off... ;-) Ah, memories, back when that was actually a solution for some problems.
