MILWAUKEE Chaos on the school bus and the I-Team catches it all.
Our story starts with a fed up mom. She says her little girl who is only 4 years old is hit, tormented, has her glasses broken by other kids and that it happens all the time. She says MPS hasn't done anything about it so I-Team reporter Rob Koebel takes the case and wait till you see what your tax dollars are paying for now. A school bus ride that is out of control, little children in danger ride after ride. We follow the girls entire bus ride cameras rolling.
We spot bus number 83. On board -- a little 4 year-old girl. She goes to Frances Starms Early Childhood Center. But her mom says the littles girls first challenge every day is surviving her bus ride. Ms. Edwards says, Nothing has been done Ive called the school board and the principal. She claims this small child is being tortured daily, punched, hit by other kids, her glasses broken twice and the torment has been going on for months now.
She has come home with sores and bumps and even scars up under her neck from certain things being hit on her, Ms Edwards tells the I-Team Investigators.
The mom says she has begged the school to do something but is only told she needs to get the girl new glasses.

I assume this woman has a car. Can’t she drive her daughter?
“We want to know it this is happening on other busses. Here’s my email rkoebel@todaystmj4.com or our I-Team hotline 967-5556. I want to know what you are seeing out there. In the meantime, we are pushing for answers about Bus 83—from the bus company, the principal, and the district. So stay tuned!”
What “school” has four year old students?
She must be in a preschool program. As I recall I was put in one when I was a few months shy of three. I never rode a bus though I was always driven. Another question I have is does this girl have a father. I don’t have any kids of my own but I’d imagine if I was this girls father the bus driver and I would be having a little man to man talk.
No kidding! Or walk or ride a city bus, or do whatever it takes to protect a 4 year old.
I don’t see what the problem is. This is all part of the wonderful “socialization” that homeschoolers are missing out on.

What kind of low life, knuckle dragging, trailer trash are they raising now a days. This is the aftermath of the disgusting liberalism of the “progressives”, er, I mean communists. I would be in jail by now if that were my 4 year old being harassed (I know, I know) Not a good idea to go to jail and NEVER get to protect your child. But things would have to change. Who wants their kids to grow up with slugs like the ones on the bus.
But the mother puts her daughter on the bus every day anyway. What a good, submissive, state-controlled drone she is. "Anything for the Party."
I recently saw an ad on TV against bullying. I am perfectly happy with the idea of stopping bullying however as soon as I saw the ad, I thought to myself: “They will show either a Black or Hispanic kid being bullied by a White kid”.
Well I was wrong. They had the White kid bullying both a Black and Hispanic kid. It is getting to where you can predict what they are going to do, that is except when they go beyond what you expected.
I don’t understand why everyone is ganging up on the mom.
Even down here in the Podunk south, all of our buses have
cameras, the drivers are instructed to pull over and stop
everytime a child stands up when the bus is in motion, and
kids are removed from the bus every day for misbehavior.

The problem is with the MPS district, and what sort of contract that they have signed with the Bus Company.

No it doesn’t. Your story starts with a woman who is so dependent on the government for her existence and that of her child - that she has been sitting on her butt - passively waiting for someone in authority to do the right thing - while her FOUR YEAR OLD endures torture and misery.
Slave mentality in the 21st Century.
Thank the ACLU. Neither the teachers nor the bus drivers are allowed to punish the children when they deserve it. When I was in school and you did something like that on the buss, the driver would drag you out of your seat and bust your ass in front of everyone.
You would probably be wrong. Public pre-school is aimed a “low income” (read that inner city families on welfare living in public housing) families.
Why would you assume that? Given that it’s a 4 year old in a pre-k program, riding a bus, I would assume the complete opposite.
It should have been nipped in the butt a long time ago and its not
You go read any book you want on the subject of child discipline, and you’ll find that every one of ‘em is in favor of butt-nippin’... Only one way to take care of it.”
